Horrible. Placed a mobile order and waited 25 mins. It never came. If you don’t have 45+ minutes don’t go. I literally wasted $20 on my order because they were SO slow.

I agree!! This is the worst Starbucks ever!! They are so slow, many times having to wait 20-30 minutes for a simple latte. Today there wasn't anyone in line at the counter, just on line orders waiting, and I waited 15 minutes. Ten minutes longer than the app said my order would be ready. Employees are not friendly with customers, only with each other. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but the app doesn't let you and since I'm at this airport frequently, I hope someone takes notice and works to fix the problem.

AWFUL!! Waited 25 minutes and still didn't make it to the front of the line. Drinks were taking forever to get out. Finally had to leave because I realized it would be another 30 minutes just to get my drink after ordering. An hour for a coffee, no thanks. This place is awful!

No zero option.Worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. I appreciate that the crowd was out of control, but I stood for half an hour for a mobile order before I went up to the counter only to find out they didn't have the cold brew for my drink. I agreed to used iced coffee and when I got my drink it was wrong. The gal took it back to fix it. When I got it back again the barista didn't acknowledge me and didn't speak to me. Topper - it was still wrong. Just wow.....

Never have I seen Starbucks Baristas be so slow. It was like a video recording in slo-mo. And stopping what there doing to chat and check their cell phones. Wait time from order to deliver crazy long 45 min.
