This Starbucks feels like it's going downhill. It used to be an inviting place to meet with a friend after work or do a little reading. They remodeled it with a weird layout a couple of years ago. Then after COVID, the hours suck and the pikes place coffee is always burnt and bitter tasting.
Chill little spot with a lot of foot traffic. I wish they had to drive through at this location, but they don't. They're open at 4:30 a.m. and I really pretty good with getting my drink order correct. I realized on this last mix up that it was actually the way I ordered my drink that was the problem so try to have patience with them here because they're quite understanding. It's not terrible, but the staff is distracted a lot of the time. And seriously, how hard is it to place the names on the cups outwards so everyone doesn't have to touch other people's drinks!?
