I have been sitting in this welcoming environment of Starbucks, working quietly as I sip on my latte, and (oddly?) loving every minute. I over here the baristas interact with the folks in the shop as if they were family and as if this were a charming small town. I received the close attention of a barista who wanted to make sure I properly connected to the wifi, watched coffee drinkers addressed by name, entertaining a little one enjoying a yummy mini scone. I could go on. This kind of kindness and hospitality should never go unnoticed! ?

I have been here a couple times a month for the last 9 months and it is a very professional Starbucks. The staff are very nice, easy to have a quick convo with, and are easy to hear when they call out your order. The food is always delicious and hot, and the shelves look very nice and tidy. It's always busy in here which makes for great white noise while I'm working!

The service is incredible. The employees always make me feel right at home. When you're here, you're family. Definitely a nice photo op as well as you will see a large one-of-a-kind painting on the right wall. Maybe for a Christmas card? Anyways, I've never had such exquisite coffee in my life. Let those coffee masters cook, and you'll get a once in a lifetime cup of coffee.

The bad reviews here sound entitled... lol. Maybe it's the area? Anyway, I've never encountered such good employees at a Starbucks! My drink is complicated and always made deliciously and super fast! I drive further just for this location. Thanks team!

Sunday morning before a walk, I can count on SB Watt Ave, to be open and always cheerful! And they are ready for the holidays; see my pics. Didn’t have to wait for the coffee; served after paying and minutes later our pre-heated bakery order arrived. I didn’t have to ask to warm up the danish. Notice the “Bl” the waitress marked to distinguish the 2 coffees ??good service.

This store opens at 4:30AM on weekdays. I placed my mobile order just before 6AM. When I arrived after 6AM the store hadn't even opened yet.

usually good service, the employees are mostly very kind however today i ordered a venti, paid for a venti, and got a grande. Usually it’s not an issue because i just reorder it but they told me i ordered a grande which i didn’t. Then after that my friend asked for a tray and the two workers at the counter LAUGHED at her??

When a party orders many drinks, Starbucks need a procedure to also assist the next customer in line. Unfair to make me wait for a dozen lattes.

Just wanted to give a little shout out to the helpfulness of this Starbucks location and it’s baristas. My mobile order wasn’t working today, so I had to come inside to order and I was already running late to work. They completed my order quickly and I made it to my meeting in time this morning. Thank you guys!

"Next time ask" definitely but next time greet me and ask me how you can help me! Isn't that your job?I don't need to be asking,when it is obvious, I am waiting for my mobile order. If I receive no customer service, I think I am allowed to help myself to what I paid for. I am not going to grab or take anything that isn't mine!And thanks for leaving my coffee open ,it spilled in my car!
