I asked for only a back, extra hot coffee and they messed up the order. They normally use a steam wand to heat it up to 180 degrees. The employees here are not trained well. This is just a hang out spot that over charges. $4 for a warm coffee compared to the $3.75 for a coffee plus a shot of expresso at the grumpy mule. I would not recommend this Starbucks for coffee.

Last time I went there the cashier I interacted with didn’t know how to make the starbucks app work as just a rewards app, and was real pushy and rude about it, like it wasn’t possible for me to pay outside of the app which is simply not true. But whatever, maybe they just don’t have that capability here? This time though I went and ordered a blond roast latte and came away with a cup of blond roast with nothing in it. There was a rush at the time, which I think may have factored into the barista not admitting to having no idea what that was/asking a coworker what to do. Tl;dr, the staff here is woefully under-trained and very not cool under pressure, and I’ll probably be going elsewhere in the future.

this is a hit or miss starbucks bc of the employees. Today my friend and I went to this starbucks and the light skin, short, chunky girl with bun was extremely rude. My friend asked her for some sriracha and the girl threw the packets. I was shocked bc I work in the food industry and would never treat a customer like that. If you have a bad day don’t project that onto customers.

Barista was rude and told us that what we ordered didn't exist so he put coffee in it instead of clarifying that what we ordered "didn't exist." Well what we ordered does exist and does not contain coffee
