I usually just get drinks here and the best service. Love the cleanliness and customer service. However I ordered a drink I didn't like. So Maybe the barista should make sure the drink is what I asked for. And I would love if they would give us the details about our drinks and what's in it.

I have been to Starbucks all over the country and international. This one is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. I am a dark roast guy and sometimes prefer an Americano to the dark roast brewed. I order the same thing practically every time. Inside its not as bad but the drive thru? Really simple order, Venti Americano-extra cream-1 Splenda. How they can make a mistake is beyond me. The last 5 times it has been different each time. No cream, No Splena, Splash of cream, and today, Pretty sure it's Pkies Place and only a splash of cream for sure. I go there because I work right down the street. I guess I will have to find another one........

Updating Review.For some reason, this store has started to "Double Cup" hot drinks. We have requested they not because:1) Wasteful of the products. Do they remember the "Ask for Serveware" law being passed to "Save the Environment"?2) This causes hot liquid to leak out because your lips do not properly seal where the 2 cups are. Hot liquid pouring down your face is not good. Coffee stains on your clothes is also NOT GOOD.------------I wish the App would specify which store of a chain when it asks "How was xxx". There are least 5 Starbucks in my neighborhood and or along my commute it might think I visited.Parking: There is a parking lot of about 10-12 spots. 2 of which are trapped when the drive through line gets long.We have often been in the drive-through 15 minutes or longer.You could order on app, walk in and get order, and out the door before someone in the queue gets their order.
This place works be perfect, but they never wipe down the tables. It is a busy place so it's understandable but it could use some attention.

This location is way too busy. I mean the drive-through restaurants will take me a minimum of 30 minutes just about any time of day. So if you want coffee, make sure that you are ready and that you have time to sit to get your coffee. Of the net going inside is way better. I got my drinks at whole lot faster by being and going inside.

This Starbucks is great. Friendly Staff, big open interior and nice seating outside. I do, however, have a couple of things to grumble about. First, the drive thru line is abominable. It usually extends across the whole lot (during busy times), preventing others from parking to walk in. I usually park on the street to avoid this. It would be a prudent idea to turn your car off while in line to save gas and coincidentally decrease greenhouse gas emissions. I'll take that a step further and suggest that Starbucks start incentivizing this. Or, just walk in and order!! Just my spin on things... Second, There seems to be no or very little process to expedite picking up mobile orders. I rarely hear names being called out so the customers have to figure out which drink is theirs. Quite frankly, I don't want some random stranger pawing my drinks! I will still go because the coffee is great though..

This place is great and close to scrub boys to be able to get my car wash and detailed and have a great svc and drink coffee while reading a great book! This is a must !
