Had 2 gentlemen having an inappropriate conversation about divorce and spousel conflict very loudly that entire lobby could hear. One gentlemen just laying into the other gentlemen who is now with his ex-wife and just made me very uncomfortable as I was trying to work on computer for my company. I had to leave your store to find another store as I felt one of gentlemen being very loud and having an inappropriate conversation for everyone to hear. Felt horrible for the other gentlemen who is now with this guys ex-wife and kid. He hardly said anything thing. I did call the store to let them know in case others may need to leave also or feel uncomfortable

I don't know what's worse here the quality of the drinks , the employees or the management. No clue if they purposely wait for your food to get cold before they give it to you? But it happens everytime. Not sure if they don't train their employees like other Starbucks shops do but the drinks here never taste the way they should. Not to mention the attitude everyone has here for no reason.
This location SUCKS! And what is the point of the mobile app if you still have to wait for 15mins!!!

I picked up my mobile order this morning. I ordered the same drink that I have been for months from different Starbucks and not once was it ever messed up. While I was waiting for my drink to be remade - I over heard the workers - 2 females and 1 male - giggling and gossiping about customers who complained about their orders. One of which was me. So whoever was working on September 18, 2023 around 8:30am - needs to be retrained on their professionalism. They didn't even bothered waiting for me or other customers to talk walk away to belittle them. * I posted a picture of my order that reflects the store number and time stamp to prove that I was there*
