Lobby was locked so we had to go through the drive thru too ok pick up a walk in mobile order . Took forever and my drink tasted like starlight blended ice. I ordered double espresso frap with 4 pumps of vanilla To top it off we both ordered extra whip and they just hand the drinks to us and say oh yeah so sorry but we are out…. The best part was the 7 cracks head literally smoking dope while sitting on the curb next to the window where you order. Never ever coming back!!!! The staff had to keep the doors locked to be safe!!!

The worst Starbucks lol. The workers there are so rude. I overheard the two girls talking crap about how I ordered my coffee (I've never ordered a keto coffee from SB so I was kinda slow when ordering) but the way she looked at me while taking my order was like I was d**** And then she proceeds to Mimic what I said. I cannot believe what I heard. Do better Starbucks!

03-12-2023What a wild place. The lady at the register was nice but that's where it all stopped. The two other lady's working making drinks seemed nice and polite, don't get me wrong, but kept getting distracted. This is more of a service oriented review rather than a personal one. We ordered a caramel frappe, no big deal I'm sure they make this drink more than enough times to do it blindly. A good six or seven people behind us ordered and got their drinks way fast. The baristas kept talking with each other or other target employees, even letting one of the target employees mix a drink(health violation anyone?). After a while I asked about my drink, they said they'd get started with it but asked another customer about their drink, puts my cup down, set and forget. I got frustrated so I got in line to request my refund, the barista came up saying she'd make it but denied it due to the lack of attention they had. It also seemed like they made mistakes for a few other people for example a frappe, no whip, hands to customer and forgets it was supposed to be no whip. Proceeds to remake her drink, still adds whip, customer was frustrated and said she'd just take it out herself. Camaraderie is fine, but not at the expense for the lack of attention and service. Final thoughts, skip this Starbucks and save your fix for the two across the street.

On 8/6 Evangeline was very moody! Dragging her body and making loud banging noises in the equipments pretty much slamming stuff while she’s making our drinks. Her customer service tone can use some adjustments. I don’t care if you have a tiring bad day but Others don’t deserve it especially if you were approached nicely.

Just came yesterday and my husband asked the barista a question on free refills and they honestly were really rude about it and tried to tell him no and looked at him like he was stupid..then I asked but I thought you could get free refills on certain things if your a gold member which we are and they were like oh well yeah but still didn't give us information and he was like okay we'll I'm just getting a hot coffee anyways and I got an iced coffee which I believe were both free refills if your in the store..we were so uncomfortable after that he did not want to stop by after we were done shopping and ask for a HOT COFFEE..and my iced white mocha was trash..they had forgotten my coffee in it lol..oh and the lady who rung us up seemed pretty annoyed to add money to my gold card...it's just coffee ladies...if your not happy where you work...just leave..

This place was disgusting! Emi and the other girl there were so lazy and unprofessional. The glass surrounding the bar was filthy and so was the front. So unsanitary! They didn't even know their own product. They're talking amongst each other and people are waiting in line. I've never seen lazier people than them. If you're going to apply to a cofffee shop then move and do your job w/ a purpose. Otherwise don't even bother applying!
