If you correct the barista about your name. They will sigh and ask for someone else to make it and screw it up. You know how I know? They said out loud like I was deaf. Which the barista was cause she couldn't hear a three letter name right. Expect a stained mixing spoon to be entered into your drink here for just looking at them wrong.This is the Starbucks inside the target.

First off i asked for light ice and received a cup full of ice.Then my drink didn’t taste well like their portions were off. I’ve had the same drink in other Starbucks and they have all tasted the same but this time it was terrible.Then the employees working were moving so slow and had this look on their faces as if they didn’t want to be there. Even when i was placing my order she had this attitude in her voice.Very disappointed i wasted $6 for a cup of mostly just ice. Rather go to the Starbucks across the street next time. Will not be back.I went Monday May 22nd around 7:30pm

Since the pandemic I’ve stayed from outside food sources but today I had a Dr appointment and wanted coffee real bad so we went to the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised. The lady at window was so cheerful and nice, it made my day.

This place just has great vibes. Great, personable customer service that comes off very genuine. Their drinks are made fast, no mistakes, and delicious. Definitely my go-to when I'm in Elk Grove and in a hurry.
