Bri helped me during this visit. She went above and beyond to bring me my drink while juggling multiple other tasks. You can see she has a strong work ethic and understands the value of customer service. The team as a whole is also kicking just as much butt. It’s not common to find this level of customer service.

The girl working the drive thru at 4:30pm today needs a raise. Her smile and energy was very contagious and it was just what I needed to start my day (night shift)! Thank you ? also my espresso was perfectly madeWish I knew the name but she had long black hair!!

No greetings EVERClosed the store at 4:30 with customers in the store 8 to be exact.Store was scheduled to be closed at 9pm.Partners put a sign on the door saying go through drive through instead.There was no real reason as to why?????There were 5 partners working.So they’re not short staffed? But this is what they’re telling paying customers?Not sure why the door was closed and locked when there was no immediate emergency.They simply didn’t want people coming/ going in the lobby so they closed and locked the door?This is a very safe area so im very very very confused.We the customers started letting one another in.The partners didn’t say anything.Now there are a handful of us sitting in the lobby working while the doors remain locked.Very strange location

Terrible customer service. Drive thru is supposed to be convenient. This one, not so much. After waiting (trapped) in line for over 30 (yes, THIRTY) minutes, my requested 'extra hot' soy latte was lukewarm at best. Between the ridiculous waiting time and the lackluster latte, this was one of the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
