On my last trip to Seattle, both of my outbound and inbound Southwest flights had a layover at Sacramento Airport. It's located next to gate B16. On the outbound flight, I was able to skip the line and place my order on the mobile app. I got a grande blonde vanilla latte. However on the inbound flight heading home, they had turned off the ability to place orders on the app. Since they looked busy, I decided to skip the coffee. Service wasn't as good as it should as this location was slammed with customers. My drink was on par for a Starbucks espresso drink.

Understaffed. Took 30 minutes in line just to order and honestly the line was not that long for a Starbucks airport line. It took another 15 minutes to get the order out. The bacon sausage wrap had bacon that was barely cooked if not undercooked. Just terrible. I don't think I'll be going back to a Starbucks in a long time. Unfortunate.

Terrible service, very slow with an attitude from everyone BUT the blenders . All I asked for was an ice water and waited 20 minutes with workers who were supposed to be making drinks walking in and out of back to not have to work

Spent 30 mins waiting for my mobile order. The Barista on bar with Mr. Snuffleuqagus lashes and what looks like a mop of a bun on her head gave every customer attitude when they informed her she forgot a topping on their beverage.The customer service is trash all employees have attitudes similar to DMV.

I’m never going here again. They don’t have enough employees for how busy it is and they all look burnt out. I’ve been waiting for over half an hour. Horrible business practice.

Waited for 35 minutes for my iced drink and took two sips before throwing it in the trash. Worse iced drink of my life. I will never order here again.

Waited 20 minutes for a cup of tea. It’s just water and a tea bag. A kid can do that in like 1 min. They just keep forgetting people’s orders. Incompetent people working here.

After spending almost 1 hour waiting for ONE grande iced chai latte, I finally got my drink that is mediocre at best. I had to ask the barista how long until my order since most people who ordered after me received their drinks already. I'm well aware it is Christmas Day and it's super busy at the airport, however, they should staff better on holidays. There was only one barista running around making drinks and helping to take orders while the one posted at the register warmed up bakery items. I felt incredibly bad for the staff as they were the only ones making and taking orders for a long line. The manager needs to staff better.

Worst airport Starbucks ever. Morning wait times for mobile app orders take at least 30 minutes or more! The staff here are insanely inefficient at their jobs and need to be retrained. Hiring more people would help as well. Their answer to customers waiting forever? “We’re really sorry that the orders are taking forever…contact Starbucks for a refund.”

Two months later and this outlet still exhibits a staggering level of incompetence. There are two unsupervised twits working this morning who spend more time chatting about generals chicken that interacting with customers. There is no hope of getting any food items. They burned the metal plate in the oven. I gave up after 30 minutes, and three minutes after that walked out of the Pete's with a cup of coffee.Worst run location of a chain that's been phoning it for years. The manager clearly couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag.

I used to wait forever for food here because there were only 2 people working. But today (10/3/2023) there were 7 people working and it was fast, pleasant workers!I was very happy so I am updating my review today. :)

First-time visitor to this Starbucks. This is the Terminal B Starbucks by gate 16 @ SMF. Not sure if this is a corporate owned location or a franchise. Employees are actually nice but seemed to be overwhelmed and disorganized. Maybe they were short-staffed. As I was waiting in line to the register person, the line behind me was getting increasingly longer. Meanwhile the employees were just amiably chatting, going about the tasks in sort of a blissfully unhurried fashion. I'd be more sympathetic if they displayed some acknowledgement of the lengthening line and demonstrated some intensity or purpose to get the customers through the process of getting their orders.

The WORST when i say ive had my bad experiences with coffee drinks i mean this was not it. I ordered a chai with a shot, taste no chai just the shots also ordered a matcha with 2 shots, as a barista i know how to make it properly and not only so the customer tastes the shots but also the matcha. This drink was straight up milk and a hint of coffee no matcha. I knew i shouldn't have trusted airport coffee with my drinks.
