Gave this business a second chance when I showed up at 7:30 for a cookie footlong. Their sign was on but the store was closed. Dude with black table wrap around his head turned us down. The store closes at 9. first time I showed up, food was terrible & tomatoes had mold growing on them. Needs to be shut down.

Ordered a meatball sub and a steak sub on 2/21/23. The guy shorted the steak sub on its double cheese, and tried to joke it off when called on it. The bread was old hard and dry, inedible at the ends. The sub came out cold, dunno what was wrong with his oven or whether the problem was he kept the meatballs chilled. He also shorted me on the mozzarella cheese for the meatball sub and left off a couple meatballs. Then he was stingy with the veggies. I feel like this happens when the franchise owner is making the subs and he's cheap. To top it off, he refused to honor a "buy one get one half off" deal that the website specifically listed his location as participating in. When you run a business like this you save pennies but lose dollars, because people don't come back.

The app is a joke it doesn't work I spent 45 minutes trying to get the deal so in the end I paid regular price for the sandwich went another time couldn't pay online for a deal you could only get on line so paid regular price again so subway is a scam
