I haven't been to this subway in months. The day that I decided to go in, one of the workers saw I had a coupon in my hand that was about to expire. Her tone of voice was a little aggresMind you, I never use the coupons that are sent through the mail. Apparently, they choose which coupons to use to for the day "per management". What made this experience worse, the other lady asked me if I still wanted my sandwich. I just think it's a little disrespectful to assume someone doesn't want to continue the process or have money because they couldn't use a coupon.

Awful! Awful! Awful! Stay away! Didn't learn my lesson the first time and tried them again. I actually stayed away for 3 years and thought I would try them again because they are closer to my home. After the first awful experience with them, I have been driving 2 miles past them to go to the other Subway at 1500 W. El Camino. So, went there today and bought 2 footlongs. Got home and there was no cheese on the sandwiches. Called them and they accused me of trying to get a free sandwich. I asked if she wanted proof that I am a gainfully employed person and did not need to cheat her out of a $6 sandwich. She wanted me drive back down there and pickup the cheese they left off of my sandwich.

Came here wanting to order 5 sandwiches. The guy with the tattoo on his neck looked so annoyed we came in. I told him the first two I wanted I didn't even want to ask for the other 3 because he was already annoyed he had to make 2 for us. Definitely will never be back.

Watch closely when they make your sandwich because they tend to be skimpy with the produce. The staff members are friendly though. The place is clean and smells like fresh bread every time. You'd be surprised how many sandwich places don't smell like fresh bread. Which is kind of a turn off.

So Rude. The Owner is very rude. She doesn't have good customer service practice. What happened to the customer is always right? She tried telling us we are going to get charged extra for mozzarella on the Mozza Meat sandwich all while being rude when we asked politely are you sure. Side note, bread sucks here. They didn't charge extra in the end but it's principal and treatment.

It's a very clean store but unfortunately they got me never coming back there again because of their bread it's hard I pacifically asked him if it was fresh before he even started my sandwich he told me yes was not eat ends were totally hard and I would totally totally made me not want to come back this lady counted my pickle slices going onto my sandwich she put 6 pickles on my foot long tuna sandwich I have never in my life been to a sandwich place where they can't pickle slices and put them on your sandwich unless they're the big ones that are called sandwich pickles I couldn't believe it I will never return and she's argumentative when you ask her to do extra stuff and you'll pay for it as an extra pickles extra cheese no nope they better get it together

Omg one of my managers brought me a salad for lunch and it was to die for. He said the lady said I don't make the salads any other way then I like them. Boy ole boy if they keep that mentality they will always have customers. This rotisserie chicken salad was amazing!!
