I went in for my pickup order and as I was standing there waiting on the one and only employee there to give me my order , I was shocked at what I was seeing. The employee was allowing the customer she was helping to touch every foot long bread with her bare hands. I was confused as to why she was letting her touch and examine every foot long bread since she was a customer and was not wearing a glove. This was nasty and I was thinking whyyy would this be ok. Don't even know if this customer had washed her hands but still that's gross ?. I asked why she would let someone do that especially when these are given out to other customers. The employee looked at me like i was mistaken and I dont think she thought I would confront her about it. She just looked and acted like it was no biggie.Never coming back to this location.

If I could give a zero or negative number, I would. First, I walk in and she looks at me and says nothing. I say, "Hello!" With a big smile...nothing. So I say, "I'm not ready to order." She rolls her eyes and sighs loudly. I disregard it. I haven't been in years so I look at the meats and notice the rotisserie. I ask, "What's that's?" She again sighs and answers really nastily, "Rotisserie!" In my head I say ok let me just get the whatever out of here quickly, thankfully I can watch her prepare my food So I say I want the blah blah and instead of asking what kind of bread she just sits there starting at me. I wonder if there is a visitor peeking out so I check, nope. Then it hits me, "She wants to know what kind of bread." So without further prompting I mentally scramble to remember what I had last, the one with the cheese...uhhhhh...just then, "WHAT KIND OF BREAD???" Oh wow! So now I'm annoyed, but I'm also hungry. At this moment hunger is barely winning so I give her my order, I'll spare you the details but one I will share: It's not ok to call an African American Blackie, not once and not twice. Needless to say, I left her with a partially made toasted sandwich and a few choice words and reminded her that I have ears. Don't you ever...ever ever ever eat here unless you enjoy your sandwich sprinkled with racial epithets instead of salt and pepper. To be continued...

5:30 pm in the evening and was told to have a seat while she mops the entire store first. I like Subway but not that much. Stores need to bring back good customer service.

I've been to this location a few times and was never satisfied with the service provided. Today I came in and the lady who helped me could care less about her job. She had her AirPods in and was talking on the phone while I tried to place my order. As I spoke to her she didn't try to acknowledge anything. I asked for my sandwiches toasted and she put them in for 5 seconds and my sandwiches were still cold. I just never like the service the workers ever provide because they're rude af and could care less about their customers. Hire new people, maybe y'all will have a better atmosphere and ambiance. I would rate this subway a 0 if I could.

Hungry for a protein bowl and an Italian BMT. our favorites. Walked in to our local Subway. It was well lit and clean inside.We were greeted promptly, and the service was good. The staff member was polite and friendly. The food looked fresh, and the cookies looked fresh, too.Good parking, on the corner of Arena and East commerce.

I asked if I could use a coupon. She said yes. It was for two foot long sandwiches for $13.99. Well after the sandwiches were made she scanned the coupon and said she couldnt accept it. I ended up being forced to pay full price. Nothing thrown in like a cookie or bag of chips. Company has fallen from what it once was.Vegetarian options: No idea if the produce is quality or not

Horrible customer service. I tried to use a coupon there and the scan machine wasn’t working so instead of trying to assist me or manually type in the coupon the worker accused me of lying saying that I must’ve already used the coupon once before. When I showed her another coupon I had and tried to use it, she finally saw it was a glitch with the system and not me. Eventually the original coupon scanned but then she got a message saying she couldn’t use it and just tossed the coupon back at me and attempted to take the sandwiches away as if I wasn’t going to pay. I finally asked her why I couldn’t use the coupon and she said “some error with the franchise I guess”. Normal customer service would have manually put in the coupon or tried to charge me the fee I planned to pay with the coupon- and even if none of those were an option she couldn’t been much more patient, nicer and informative instead of insulting me that I’m a liar and unable to pay the full amount. Avoid.

It was not good, bread was literally frozen and outdated, taste was below average than many other subways. Employee was very good and service was good but management need to take care about their responsibility. I won’t recommend this to anyone rather chose to eat from other restaurants which more convenient and good than this. I don’t have any choice since i stayed nearer to this place

They forgot to add the sandwich with the sauce. Too much sauce I didn't get to eat it. It was dripping all over.
