The staff are friendly and courteous. The sandwiches aren't always fresh and tasty. 100 dining room is neat and clean. Great reno.

Horrible experience. I walked in today to get a sandwich and I had a coupon for a free 6 inch sub. The lady was nice at first until I got to the cash register. She said it was free cookie Monday and asked if I wanted a free cookie, I say yes. I then show her my coupon and she seemed confused and brings out a manager. The manager then asked me if this was a gift card and said "well you didn't get the gift card here". I said it wasn't a gift card and even if it was you can go to any subway location not just the one you bought it at. She was very annoyed at my response and gave me attitude for no reason. Then she tells me I need to pay for my "free cookie" and I declined. You don't tell someone something is free then charge them for it. Horrible experience, rude workers, don't go here.

I tend to eat at home. A lot. However, being on the run recently and unable to pack a lunch left me looking at my options and decided to give Subway a go. It was good, and not just the food. Let me explain:From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the food just smelled appetizing - not your typical fried fare. The options were generous and I chose a sandwich to share with a family member traveling with me. The size was perfect for our ravenous appetites, the ingredients fresh, and the bread tasty too. We were happy to be able to customize our sandwich exactly how we wanted it.What sets Subway apart for me is their ability to make a sandwich that fits exactly what I'm in the mood for. Whether you're a vegetarian, a meat lover, or something in between, Subway gives you options! They certainly prepared my sandwich with friendly care just as I requested.The value for money is good too. Everything is getting so expensive these days! Subway's prices have gone up, but they are reasonable. Like I mentioned, we usually eat at home, so our standards are quite high, but so are Subways, making it a good option for a quick and satisfying meal.To wrap up the sandwich review, I'm sure this isn't the last time I'll find myself eating at a Subway. Why? Because they have fast food that's not like the rest - Fresh, Delicious, and Nutritious!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access

Nice place. Extremely attentive, polite young ladies working. The app glitched out, so I had to order in person. My grandma loves a good submarine sandwich and is very happy with this place.

At least you can watch them make your food. I believe this is partly the reason you get a better quality of food items. It's a small hassle to have to go get yourself, but you always get what you over pay for. I just tipped the person making our meal $10 on top of paying $23. I would recommend this place. The food was good.

Came in got 3 footlong sandwiches, I got a Call club not toasted, and 2 Italian BMT minus ham sub for turkey. Get home and they did not even heat up (cook) the bacon, it is not good to see or bite into bacon like that. I'm sad because this is the closest Subway to our home, and I'm not sure if I want to go back, after you pay over $40.00 for 3 sandwiches.

I walked into this location ( Bradshaw Rd.) approx 6:20 p.m.Store had no customers but myself. I stood at the counter for a full minute before being acknowledged by3 employees talking and laughing with each other. One employee was making herself a sandwich while talking To the male employee in the bk and the other female employee next to her. The laughing continued and between she asked ." Oh what do u want order"? as if I was interrupting them. In between their laughing she's taking my order, I asked for provolone cheese, " oh we don't have that " she gives me no choices . I had to repeat every item ordered bc she couldn't hear me over the girl talking over me. I won't be returning to this location . Hopefully you learn some basic customer service skills! In this economy you want to retain your customers not push them to your competitors. If you want mediocre service this is your spot. If I could give you zero stars I would have, but wasn't a choice.

My sandwich tasted disgusting and the staff member who "helped" me was very rude, she gave me the wrong size sandwich when I asked for a 12 inch. I only got a six inch sandwich but she charged me for a 12 inch. I was so frustrated by her and just left.

Second time I come and staff in incompetent. Last weekend the lady had an attitude and now I ask to have different bread because it's clearly not a 6 inch size and they all ignore me like they don't care .. service needs work or needs workers need replacement
