Great food! It was my first time and recommended. I had the eggplant and green beans with brown rice. ? Yum! They have a wide variety of dishes. Vegetarian and non vegetarian. We got complimentary bean balls... absolutely delicious!!

Pretty freakin' good! Super Pan shares a location with Vegan Deadly Sins which I've seen promoted all over UberEats and DoorDash, as well as E Tea, a boba shop. I've ordered delivery from them twice during COVID, and haven't yet had the pleasure of dining in with their sizzling pans--I'm sure it is amazing! I'm a little wary of the negative reviews during the pandemic because it has to be hard on a restaurant like this, whose main appeal comes from the hot pans and DIY aspect of their rice and noodle dishes. During COVID, that just doesn't translate with takeout/delivery orders, so I was willing to cut them a little slack. Fortunately, the food I ordered stood on its own, and add to that the fact that there is an equally diverse menu for vegan and vegetarian options (including their boba, which you can sub dairy milk with almond milk)--color me impressed! The first time I ordered, I got the Beef Garlic Teppan pasta, which was super flavorful. The beef was precooked because it was a to-go order, but it was thinly sliced, tender, and flavorful. The garlic butter on the pasta was surprisingly flavorful as well. My only complaint was that the portion of spaghetti was way too small. I had so much leftover sauce and beef that I just boiled more noodles the next day and had a second lunch. I'm sure it would be even more delicious when it's freshly grilled in front of you. The second time, I got the Korean Spicy Ramen (BuDae Jjigae) and asked to sub the ramen noodles with udon noodles. I was super happy that they were able to make the special accommodation. Everything was perfectly packaged with tamper-evident stickers, and the udon separated from the broth, which is key. No one likes overcooked noodles. It was topped with super thick slices of spam, broccoli, corn, and kimchi. I also paid $1 extra for a fried egg. The kimchi tasted great (usually my fear is that it will be too sweet, which non-Korean restaurants tend to do!) and while the broccoli and corn aren't super authentic, I didn't mind, as they were quite tasty veggie additions. It appears they are featured in almost every entree, from the fried rice, pasta, and other ramens, so at least Super Pan is consistent :) The broth itself was a little bland, with mild spice. I was able to indicate my preferred spice level which was awesome too. The blandness of the broth actually wasn't a detriment to the dish as the whole; since it has toppings like kimchi and spam which are super salty to begin with, the flavors were overall nicely balanced. I really enjoyed this dish and would absolutely recommend it if you haven't tried budae jjigae before. The portion was huge for this one, unlike the teppan pasta. I only finished half of it, and saved the rest for later. Tomorrow's leftovers will feature some extra tofu, napa cabbage, and Korean sweet potato glass noodles that I will throw in to really oomph up the dish. I think I could stretch it out to two additional servings with these basic ingredients I already have on hand--I'm excited!! (Some other recs if you want to make your own authentic budae jjigae with the leftover broth include: instant ramen noodles, mini sausages, baked beans, Korean rice cakes, bean sprouts, enoki mushrooms, pork belly, and bok choy) I was also so pleased to see a small complimentary order of sesame balls--so generous! They were actually delicious, especially the one I had before my meal that was fresh and warm. Delicately crisp on the outside and sweet, hot, and chewy on the outside. I've obviously had these before but was impressed by how they stayed hot during their travels on UberEats. I will certainly be ordering more next time!!!

I was so excited to see this place open! I went all the way to SF to try it last time and I'm so happy we have one here in Sacramento now. Food is pretty good but not super amazing or out of this world. I think its just different from anything else we have in Sacramento. Anyways it's a nice concept with the super hot pan and the gravy sauce that you pour over it.

We love going out. Yesterday we found this excellent restaurant which we didn’t know before. We passed a beautiful evening there with excellent dishes and a well-trained team and a talented cook. We added this restaurant in our phone list and we shall surely return soon. We deeply recommend.

I admire this spot! They have delicious dishes, their menu is decent, The chief cook in that restaurant is an expert, I love a lot trying all their food. The dishes are always tasty, the service towards the clients is efficient. I frequently visit this place and I not even once was disappointed. Highly recommended.

I do not recommend this place (the second star is only for the quick service). Like others who have posted, I have no idea why this restaurant has 4 stars. I'm not sure what the food quality was like pre-Covid, but their take out food is awful and not at all what they advertise on their menu. You can find plenty of photos of what the beef pepper rice should look like--I'm attaching a photo of mine and as you can see, it looks like a frozen dinner (my mom got the rib eye, it was HORRIBLE, don't get that). The broccoli was undercooked and crunchy, the egg was soggy and mashed up, the beef was edible but not good. The food tastes as bad as it looks. We ordered from Door Dash, so I recommend that you spend your money elsewhere, at least at a place that doesn't overcharge you for substandard food.

This review was in my drafts and we went pre covid. I found this place off of a friend's IG post and was like "MEAT ON A HOT PLATE? I HAVE TO GO." I came here with my boyfriend yesterday and we LOVED it. It's cute place, first half is like a boba/milk tea lounge and the other half was the restaurant. Pretty easy and simple menu. I don't believe they have many vegetarian options. Our server, Ben (I believe), was really nice and on it!
