I'm really puzzled with all the high ratings, I paid $10.49 for the most basic cheeseburger on the menu and at that price point a burger should be both big and awesome. Well the size was right, no complaint there, but the burger was rather bland and a bit dry/overcooked. There's way better options out there at this price point - actually there's better options out there for less money too. I'm pretty sure this was the first time in my life I was disappointed with a burger that cost over ten bucks. And FOUR BUCKS+ for a soda?

First time coming here. Their fish and chips are perfect!! I kick myself for not coming to this place sooner.
The food is always great here and tastes really good, only reason I'm giving them a 3 star is because it seems like every time I come in they have one dude working by himself. The dude is busting his butt and working very hard but when they get a rush this dude is struggling, he needs help! Y'all need to hire at least one more person to give this guy a breather! I'll continue to get food here cause I love the food but please hire at least one more person to help this guy out, I can see the stress in his face!

The food was ok.. would much rather go somewhere else.. the service was shit, the cashier was taking his sweet time playing with the money. And the restrooms were so dirty! The tables were full of crumbs, so terrible. Never coming back here

The last time I had Superb Burger I may have been in high school, so having it today was exciting. The food was good! The fish and chips were tasty, the fish was large and flavorful. My husband said the cheeseburger was big and juicy. He loved the portions of the tomatoes and how cheesy it was overall. The service was good; very friendly staff. The restaurant was clean.

I asked the guy for some malt vinegar for my fish and chips and he was completely purplexed as if he'd never heard of it. my chips which should have been covered in malt vinegar and salted were rendered inedible. Months ago when different guys worked there they had plenty of malt vinegar, maybe they switched owners. I guess they don't know that not having malt vinegar there is like a chinese resteraunt not having soy sauce.

Currently obsessed with this place and my go to Grub Hub order!! The fish & chips are insanely good. Hush puppies, perfection. Today I got a bacon cheeseburger... literally best burger I've had in a very long time!!!! Food is always prepared exactly as I order it (I'm picky and always have customizations), never had an issue. Once they even threw in a free drink! Great little spot. Food is delicious!
