Love the food here. Cheaper than other places around but just as good quality and Service. Never waited more than 15 minutes to get seated

Nothing to complain here! We like to come here for a relaxing lunch in the patio on the weekend. Staff are typically friendly and take care of your orders in a reasonable amount of wait time. The food is standard Japanese food and we like it. Have not have an issue so far. They don't raise an issue about our little dog, and offered water most of time, which I really appreciate. Whenever we can we try to tip a little bit more to show our gratitude.

What a hole in the wall! Parking is very tight and limited though.Waiters routinely check in to refill water. The atmosphere was really relaxing here. There are beautiful images of Japan on the walls. Our party stayed here longer than usual and they were very kind to allow our conversation to continue. We don’t feel rushed to leave, even after we paid.

Great selection of small plates and sushi rolls. Don't go here expecting overly nice service though.

My go-to sushi restaurant right outside of Hollywood Park! Sushi Cafe offers a great mix of quality and quantity of their rolls and menu items. There are some new-er, more modern rolls, but for the most part they stick with the classics. Their service is quick, prompt, and friendly, and their online ordering is super simple.

Go here, so good! I would lick the plate if it was socially acceptable!

The sashimi was fresh and the rolls were delicious and packed with ingredients. The tempura that came with the Nabeyaki Udon was thinly battered, which I enjoyed, but the broth was bland and didn't look too appetizing. The staff was attentive and quick to react.

The food was excellent! However the restaurant was really noisy. It took 15 minutes of waiting to put our order in. However once we did get our order in the food arrived quickly.

The sashimi was fresh and the rolls were saucy and packed with ingredients. Some of the tempura that came with the Nabeyaki Udon was thinly battered, which I enjoyed , but the broth was bland and didn't look too appetizing. The staff was attentive and quick to react.

Food here is good but the reason I am giving a one star review is the awful customer service. It took about half an hour for them to take our order. Once we got our food one of our did not come until 40 min after we ate because "they forgot about the food". Asked for waiter with no ice and they gave us water with ice. On top of that no refills at all. Once it was time to pay no one dropped our bill we had to walk to the front to pay. I have been in this restaurant 7 times with no issues until the last 2 times. Sadly I won't be coming back to this place.

One of our go to restaurants in Sac! You can’t go wrong with any of the menu items and such reasonable price. Been here at least 6 times and I don’t even live in Sacramento lol.Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating and they have high chairs
