T4's tea is the best in Sacramento. The tea flavor is just right, and the price isn't crazy like the new tea places.

I almost forgot about this T4 in Lake Crest Village. We walked over after having lunch at Dumpling Yo. It's a quiet and smaller location with 4 or 5 tables. We picked up Kumquat with basil seeds and were in and Growing up in Hong Kong, Kee Wah Bakery was a household name. I remember eating lots of their cakes and baked bread as a kid. Every time I'm in Los Angeles, I always try to pick up a few items before heading back to Sacramento.I really enjoy their handmade cookies, black sesame eggrolls (wafer rolls), and mango short cake. The hard part is not buying too much! The older ladies that work there are always friendly and chatty. Reminded me so much of Hong Kong!Parking can be tricky and limted in this area. I usually stay at Hilton San Gabriel across the street and walk over. within 5-10 minutes. The drink was okay, and I wanted to try something new. I didn't taste too much of the kumquat and more of the basil seeds. They serve egg puffs and a few snack items at this location.Plenty of parking in front or around the corner.

One of our favorite places for Boba. Their Taro smoothie is delicious. They don’t have the best food options so that’s why I’m giving 4 stars. Other than that the staff is nice and the service is quick.

Okay there should not be this much ice in any drink. It's literally filled from top to bottom #solid. I finished the milk tea in 6 sips. Not sure if there's a change of management or new employees but PLEASE do not fill a cup with 90% ice especially for a milk tea shop. That is a huge red flag The drink itself was okay (French pudding milk tea) but this was not worth $5.25

Manager was quick to respond to my order being messed up. Much appreciated! Food was as tasty as usual, definitely does not disappoint. Boba was soft and chewy and the drinks were made just right.

They make you wait a rediculous amount of time for somewhat good boba. I was told to wait 10 minutes for a new batch of boba, I’ve been sitting here for thirty. The order was just two drinks, really simple drinks too. One of the employees was also on their phones while out in the front area. They used to be better, but now they are just getting sloppy and unprofessional.

I came to order at this 4 times and out of those 4 times, all of my drinks were wrong, sweetness level 0. Orders were never gotten right once.

Ok. I think our household is done with this location. This past week, I pre-ordered my tea. It was made accurately and timely. But, again, the boba was not cooked!!! It was not undercooked, it was just flat out not cooked! Luckily, I tasted it before I left. They re-made it for me. Other customers in the shop that day did the same & requested their drinks be remade also. They replaced my large brown sugar boba with mini boba. Turns out, I don't care for the tiny ones. It's a texture thing. They remind me of fish eggs. Seriously, it's a BOBA SHOP. How hard is it to taste the pearls with a plastic spoon to ensure the customers are getting fully cooked boba before making drinks??? I have taken to driving out to EG to Rose Tea Cafe and up to Del Paso to Mr. Sun Tea. It's worth it. Their teas are always made with boba that has the correct texture. Mr. Sun actually MAKES their own pearls. The difference is worth the drive.

Trasssshh. You need to start letting your customer know portion amounts. Added ice cream to my tea, expecting a small scoop which I think is already stingy, but what I got was a spoon full amount. Trashhhhh. Treat your customers right. Many of us are struggling to a degree financially, especially now a days. So when we want to treat ourselves and get something nice , but we get you stingy on all ingredients filling our cups with 90% ice. I will let everyone know my experience. This is every time. Your ice cream add on should be 25 cents. Not a whole $1.25 for a SPOON FULL. bye the way, how do I know, I poured the drink into a bowl while it's still frozen. Maybe will come back and do video review

I usually enjoy this tea shop. I ordered the coffee jelly earl milk tea and the coffee jelly was rotten that it gives a spoil aftertaste from the jelly.
