My first time at the 16th street location. Located by freeway exit. Not too many parking options. Small place, qiosk order. One was broken so I had to wait for people in front of me to order while 3 of them just stood there and looked at us in the line LOL. They could have just taken the order themselves to speed things up. However MT were good. I got classic rose roasted oolong MT at 80 percent sweet and less ICE. with coffee jelly. The tea was 5/5 but the coffee Jelly was not so good. texture was weird. Felt like it was too hard or old.

Clean restaurant, fast friendly service, and delicious drinks. We usually get the mango or lychee slush in the summer but opt for the pearl milk tea in the winter. We also recommend the popcorn chicken and their fried tofu! Drinks are a bit pricey compared to other boba places, but they are delicious & generous with the toppings (if you prefer that ratio).

I recently had a tip demand at a kiosk for boba. I entered the order myself. I then received a text (from an automated machine) that they were out of half my order. They automatically refunded the amount but kept the entirety of my tip. When I walked in, the employee that at first, refused to acknowledge me and just pointed at the kiosk, told me I would need to call corporate to rescind the difference. As a person that worked in an industry that was tipped...I think businesses need to revisit hospitality as a service. I was grateful and appreciative towards the vast majority of the people that I engaged with. I developed bonds and relationships with clients that continue to this day. The direct compensation that I received as appreciation and reward from people that I provided a service to was a business relationship that I cultivated. This new form of transactional tipping is bogus. Awful service and overpriced.

Okay, so my girlfriend and I went in, because she was craving Boba. She ended up grabbing the “Snow Globe Milk Tea” in a large, which she loved. But i saw the receipt and I had asked her if we had tipped because there is a charge called “Tips” and it took $1.24. I am all for tipping but not companies that do it underhandedly. I will give you a tip. You are not entitled to take one. Just passing this on to others. Watch your receipts. I know it is a small amount, but i want the option to tip…

T4 stands apart from all other Boba places I've been to. The friendly and helpful staff always remembers my usual order of Lychee and strawberry lemonade smoothies and made the way I like it! We also are addicted to the popcorn chicken on occasion. It's a great snack or meal and pairs well with boba! Service is always quick no matter how busy or not it is on any given day. Great job crew of T4!

I came here for the tea eggs, which are surprisingly hard to find outside of China. But, when I finally got them, they were not flavorful and the shells hadn’t been cracked enough for the tea to really soak through.Also, I expected the staff to know what was in the “white boba” but he couldn’t tell me if it was tapioca or another ingredient. I will save you the time and money for ordering it yourself, it is coconut.The boba tea itself was fine. Not too much ice and it was sweetened to my level of request. I would come here again since it’s not overpriced and trendy like some other boba places, would just try some other items next time.

So i ordered online so i wouldn't wait long, i come in guy says they just got the order so they will work on it , i sit down 15 min pass i ask how long it will take, turns out my order of popcorn chicken had been sitting their since i got their and i ask for my drink they said they didn't make it because they didn't have fig jelly i said it's ok i just wanted boba so they make it without! boba! i ask about it they said oh we refunded u so this is free...i walked out , just so u know i'm pregnant was craving the boba i didn't come in for free items i just wanted my drink with boba! so had to wait for 20 min not to get what i wanted, sad:(

MY DRINK WAS AMAZING. There was a new guy who made my drink. He made it so perfect. It wasn't milky/watery like other places. You could taste the actual flavor of the tea. I think his name was Timmy. I've been coming to this location now for my boba cuz they make it way better than other places.

I do like this place. And normally put in for group orders for my night shift. I am so bummed that they messed up my latest order. I had ordered a roasted oolong, but got rose milk instead. Had to toss it, which I was sad by. But they make good drink overall.
