Totally horrible experience tonight at taco bell. I ordered online thinking it would be more efficient but couldn't be more wrong. The lady in front took an additional 10min with her order as she called home to talk with someone regarding their order, like she had no concept of other people behind her, then my turn finally comes and I still wait an additional five min, as if they were still preparing my food but check this out , when I get home 3 min away my food was hela cold, like I know they made that before I even got there, and for that lady to have me wait even longer as she acted like she was waiting on my food,, that couldn't of happened because all my food was cold and looked gross. Like wth? I think she was giving food to her family or something, I'm so disappointed in taco bell,
