Food is good as always but they just don't fill their bean burritos like they used to. I also wish they brought back the Grande Combo which had 10 burritos (or tacos) per pack. Ah, the good days...
I placed the order online I went to pick it up. They said they couldn’t find my order by the order number so I got upset and they said come up to the window and when I got my food they were acting kind of funny so I went home and found hair and spit in my food, I’m bout to call the health department what gives them the right to do that to people that pay money they should be closed down and all fired so whatever you do, be careful check your food. I would not eat there if I was you though.

Waited for our food for nearly 20 minutes and two workers were outside the entrance speaking in a unprofessional manner and last year one of the cashier was confrontational and unprofessional. They need a onsite seasoned mgr for that location!

The food kind of tasted funny bro. One of them was good but 2nd one after I ate it and drank the soda it just tasted funny.. order two of those jalapeños cheese pizza. Like it was old or something. But yeah i won't get food from taco bell late at night.

To the young girl working the drive thru late tonight around 10pm thank you so much! You made our experience so much better! She answered all our questions, ensured order accuracy, and made it right when the line didn't make my food right! She immediately had them remake it and they did a great job! I can not eat the pita bread when it is deep fried for health reasons so I ordered a chalupa supreme with the pita bread uncooked (the way it comes on the cheesy Gordita crunch) it's called a chicken Gordita supreme and was on the Taco Bell menu for over 20 years before they discontinued it. Anyways they made it right and then to top it off they did not forget my nacho cheese! Thank you all for being there so we could get food at such a late hour! We appreciate you. I normally don't eat out but I just got out of hospital for health issues and they said I could eat solid foods so of course we stopped at the bell on the way home! Thanks yall

Been coming here since they opened..constantly over turning employees .. ridiculous behavior been accused of doing drugs in bathroom tonight I had to walk to drive thru window to get hot sauce it was 830 they locked the doors and basically ignored me til I walked up to the window the other one on Sheldon..same owner same ridiculousness..if I wasn't poor I'd NEVER come back.

Went through the drive thru last night 9:50pm. Ordered the DLX box (chzy gordita crunch, beef supreme bur, nacho cheese, chips n cheese) with a cinnabon 2 pack. Everything was absolutely garbage. I could not recognize the beef supreme burrito it was super sloppy with alot of beans and goup that resembled beef. The gordita CRUNCH was limp like an old taco shell. The best item was the Mt Dew Baja Blast. Never, ever, ever again.

This is a hit and miss kinda place for example the gayguys that use to work there were very nice and helpful and made me want to come back again and again the ones working there are very rude slow disrespectful and not to mention SLOW...... Yet the new blond female working the counter was fast nice polite they really need to hire more like her and bring the cute gay guys back and I a straight female saying this.....

I go to 3 different locations (Mack/Franklin, Sheldon/99 and this location W. Stockton Blvd./Cosumnes River). This one is the worst!!! These past few months our food has been messed up, stale, broken, missing items or all messy. Today I ordered chips and cheese and chips (again) were nasty as if they were old, stale and just nasty tasting. We also had chalupas which are suppose to be soft but were hard. Other times it's all this and also are given really, really broken taco shells. It's all young kids working there so don't know if that is the issue that they can care less and don't store things good but I am sick of this location. I spend 40-50 dollars and this is ridiculous. come to this location because it's the close's location to my home so I will have to stop going to Taco Bell or drive further but then my tacos will get soggy. ?
