This is a one star Taco Bell. Even if we’re only comparing it to other Taco Bells, it’s one star, and I’m kind of a subject matter expert. Like many Americans I have enjoyed the hot horror of Taco Bell for decades at dozens of locations across the country.This particular Taco Bell I have visited on three separate occasions in the past year while in town for business, each time for the same reasons: proximity from hotel and open late.Each time, my order has been delivered to me incorrectly. One time is a bummer. Two times is unlucky. Three times means this Taco Bell sucks, and I’m the moron for giving it a third try.I can accept a poor quality product, I can accept poor customer service, I can even accept deep regret on the toilet later—after all, this is a Taco Bell. The food is cheap and so are the employees.I cannot accept a completely incorrect delivery of my order. I mean…are you even a restaurant then? Or are you like some kind of randomly generated loot box of Mexican themed mystery? I ain’t no marine biologist so it’s not my place to decipher, but I can tell you this Taco Bell blows.

What on earth is going on at this location??? The prices have increased an INSANE amount over the last few months. $11.50 for nachos bell grande? Does the corporate office know about the daily price increases or is this just a new and terrible corporate policy??

Ordered on the app for delivery and waited about an hour to try to call the store. Phone would ring and eventually make the dial-up screaming sound. We decided to drive to the store and request to pick up our order. We were told at the front window by a young gentleman that they “couldn’t do refunds” for the delivery fee and tip I PAID a driver to deliver my order for me with. I asked for this young gentleman's name and he didn’t give me his name and ended up just ended up getting his manager Kai. Awful experience all around. Be better with customer service training.

This is still a good location but it seemed it was suffering from staff turnover. It seems okay now. The drive thru can be overwhelming when it bleeds out onto the street but they usually get it resolved rather quickly. Because of this the "atmosphere" took a hit. But overall, this is your typical Taco Bell. Other than its small parking lot, you can expect your usual experience.Parking: Limited parking lot.

This taco bell is not bad at all. The staff is usually pretty nice and they generally get all orders done and done well. I appreciate them and thank them for being a fast food restaurant that actually makes respectable food. ?

The staff working on thursday night around 12am were all rude.They misheard our order and when we came back to try to get our missing items they kicked us out of line and gave us horrible service.
