Not a fan of this restaurant which is a shame coz it's near me and the building & location is kind of cute. I ordered the bulgogi (bbq beef) and it was dry and kind of tough. I love Korean barbecue so this was a disappointment. The food is not tasty IMO, and a bit of an insult to Mexican and Korean cuisine. It's a weird hodgepodge of flavors that don't really work together. At least they don't for me. Maybe for others? I gave it three tries, ordering different things and each time I came up with the same impression. I was particularly offended that the kimchi wasn't complimentary. I do not know of a single Korean Restaurant (and I lived for a year in Seoul) that charges you for the kimchi. That's BS. Can you imagine if a Mexican restaurant started charging you for hot sauce?

Dissatisfied and disappointed. Not authentic Korean bbq or flavoring or even inspired by lol. Waste of money. We ordered 2 pork belly Baos (seemed to be drenched in teriyaki sauce and pork belly was so dry and not pork belly like), Fries (bit soggy), 3 tacos (spicy bulgogi, galbi and pork cutlet ---- does not taste like Korean bbq meats at all) and beef bulgogi burrito (tasted like a sweet beef jerky burrito).

This place has such amazing food, it would be a crime to pass up! My sisters and I had the bulgogi burrito, the chicken katsu burrito, and the bulgogi rice bowl. Everything was so delicious we also had the churros, kimchi, blueberry sauce, and spicy Mayo! Prior to this visit I also had the banana ice cream egg rolls ( I think that's what they are) and I HIGHLY recommend them! Give this place a shot and you won't regret it!

The serving amount is great for the price. Tried beef bulgogi sliders and beef bulgogi rice bowl. Sliders were great, but the rice bowl must be finished the same day...

The food tastes like the look of the restaurant. I'm sorry but my food was disgusting. The idea sounded so good but it didn't have Korean essence at all to me. Food took forever to cook. I waited a long time. My meat was cold (bulgolgi) and the japchae was lacking flavor. On top of that they put cabbage which had no flavor and the sauces didn't add to make it tastes better. My boyfriend eats everything but even he was like "i will pass". Not worth the price either.

We had japchae with bulgogi Chicken tacos and the pork tonkatsu w/ kimchi fried rice. Due to covid , we took it home. I was so dissatisfied. Wouldn't even recommend it to buy drinks.

It's been ages since I've been to this place but still an awesome little place to visit for understated Korean tacos. Not being located in a more prominent location, it doesn't seem to get as much traffic but don't let that scare you off. This is still one of the best place for Korean tacos in sac!
