I love T bar...but only the one in Chico not Sacramento. Sacramento's tbar is an embarrassment compared to Chico. Tonight they ran out of chili chicken so my husband and son got London Broil and meatballs respectively. The london broil looked like it was actually boiled. I got the only chili chicken bowl. It had hardly any greens in it. The avocado was like guacamole. Then instead of the usual sprouts there was basically a cup of large red cabage chunks. I gave only 1 star for everything because the food and at times the service is less than it should be...much less...especially when compared to the Chico TBar. Step it up Sac.

I've always had their London broil bowl with brown rice, baby greens and with the miso sauce. I happened to be in Sac so per usual I got my regular order to go. My husband actually went in to place an order while I was in the car with the kids. My son had to use the restroom so I headed inside to switch with my husband. To my surprise there were no customers inside. After using the restroom, I went up to ask the worker behind the bar if my order under my husband's name was ready. She handed me the drink order only. So I asked if the food order was also ready and she looked confused. She went to the kitchen staff and asked about it. She never came back to check in with me and avoided me. So I just stood there awkwardly with my son. 10 minutes later and she came out with my order. I checked the bag and there were no utensils so I went ahead and grabbed some from.the front. In total it took them 20 minutes to complete my order. A bit long for no customers. So as my husband drove off, I dug right in. As I opened, the meat was not seasoned in that ginger savory flavor. It was cut in thin slices. I've never seen it cut in this way. Usually thicker so it's not dry and the pieces i got were super dry. The photo says it all. The avocado that was given to me also had a lemon flavor to it. Imo they squeezed lemon juice on top to prevent browning? Usually it's freshly cut and into slices but I just got a mushed quarter scoop of avocado.I'm not saying to not go but my experience was so bad this time I probably will avoid this Tbar location.

I ordered the spinach, brown rice, mango grilled pork and teriyaki sauce. SO good and fresh. I ordered the tropical iced tea and it was great as well. Came with pineapple bits. Would definitely come back for a quick lunch spot again. Thanks T Bar!

My new favorite healthy food spot (and amazing and creative teas!) I had a wrap and pita dip. Both good and the pita dip was amazing! They have a large selection of teas - hot, cold, sparkling, slushies etc... Looking forward to coming back and trying the interesting options. It is nice to find a new healthy, good tasting and creative restaurant like this.

I’ve been a client for more than 10 years, initially in Chico, and recently in Sacramento. I ordered a bowl with salmon, brown rice, and mixed greens. I also ordered a Pomegranate Lemonade. The salad and the lemonade were fresh. The salmon was dry, overcooked and rancid. The rice was also rancid. The taste was awful.I used to love T-bar but today was really disappointing.

Been here two times. Both were consistently good. I've gotten the bowl once and the wrap once, both times with korean bbq chicken. The creamy miso dressing goes well with both the bowl and the wraps. I also tried the ginger wasabi dressing, which was good, however, not spicy as expected. The employees are friendly and greet you when you arrive and thank you when you leave. I recommend the sparkling teas, they are very refreshing and not overly sugared. The dining area is spacious and clean. Not overly decorated, just enough to feel somewhat modern and elevated above fast food restaurants.

We enjoyed a lovely evening with friends here on a random Wednesday. I knew there would be a fair few of us so I snagged the big table in the back and we slowly filled the whole table. I ordered the steak bowl and Paul got a chicken bowl. Both were fresh and good, not a large portion but good dinner size. I love the sauces! They have a $10 corkage fee so we brought our own bottle of wine. Love that option as I really wanted wine rather than the tea cocktails (will try those another time). Service was okay. The restaurant was clean and organized. Overall had a good experience and will be back!

I can't tell you how many times we've driven by this spot and mentioned how we should stop in to check it out. This past weekend, we were walking our dog around town and finally had the chance! They have a cute outdoor area with tables and plenty of seating inside as well. There were a couple people working and I looked over the drink menu while my husband waited outside with our dog. I like how they separate their drink options into types of beverage and I saw a lot of options I'd like to try.For this visit I ordered the Tropical Burst from their "Ice Me" menu. While I was waiting, I snapped some photos. It seems like they receive online orders as well, there was a convenient pre-order pick up station and while my drink didn't take too terribly long it would be a good option for next time. The tea was fresh and flavorful and wasn't too sweet. Perfect for a nice seventy something degree day.

This is mine & my husband's favorite place for easy healthy takeout. We get the fusion bowls and they're always tasty and filling. The various teas are good too.

Update: I’ve come back since the manager reached out and tried the cafe twice more. I’m happy to say my opinion has changed! Staff are nice and fast. My favorite is their blended drinks! Thanks for making it up for the bad experience.………..They sold me a drink with boba, then after the fact told me there’s no straws. If you don’t have the utensil for me to consume the boba, DONT sell me boba!! Highly disappointed with my experience and will not be coming back.
