Out of all the habit locations in the Sacramento area, this is definitely my favorite. The staff is super friendly and the food is always on point! I go here once a week because it's so good, sometimes more!

I cannot stress this enough I went in today and received the best customer service I've had in a long time right when I walked in I was greeted by a lovely young lady carolina. She made sure my order was correct as well as explaining what my buzzer was going to do. She pointed out where the chili bar was at and the soda machine. After my order came out she repeated my order and made sure it was MINE. she was so lovely she went around asking if anybody needed anything and when she got to me she asked if I wanted a box or a bag and I asked her if she could get me napkins she said "no problem of course" with a smile. Carolina is one of the best servers I've seen so far she definitely did more than she's earning.

I ordered a charburger with cheese, a drink, and fries. There was no complaints with the food and would recommend, after paying at the kiosk, the cashier made sure me and my table all had our drinks and the food came out quickly afterwards.

This place is typically packed but handles the flow smoothly due to the manager Drew's dedication to his staff and customers. Treating everyone with respect and making sure everyone thst comes in during the lunch hour is taken care of. The hamburgers are pretty tasty too.

Usually I love coming here but will not give them my money anymore. A older couple was in front of me, and asked a worker for the bathroom code. The couple left to use the bathroom, and About 10 minutes later its my turn to order. I walk up to the counter about to order and the worker says “ oh they were in front of you.” And i said “ oh well they both left to go to the bathroom so..” and the couple proceeded to cut in front of me and order. I left and ordered panda next door instead. I feel like its rather obvious but once you leave the line you forfeit your spot ??♀️

The GM Drew has absolute amazing service and completely makes the visit and the food better. His presence and overall joy always brightens my day. He is fully setting the expectations bar for servers so high. If you get the chance to meet him your food and you in general are in good hands.
The place was clean and filled up. The only reason why the food got 3 stars is because my chicken was burnt but the white guy(sorry forgot his name) fixed it for me :) the front guy was very nice and gave details on what will happen when I get buzzed. The whole staff worked very well as a team!:)
