I was the only person getting food and there are four staff just hanging out. They burned the burger and the fries were mixed in with old cold fries that were disgusting. It was raining and the floor was so grwasy you couldnt walk. This location sucks bad. Long time habit customer from ventura/sb. Close this location. My first reciew was "you cant go wrong with the food.." until i got further into my order. You actually can go wrong. If you cant execute one burger with four people, what are you really doing to your brand?

The ONLY ISSUE IS HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY PARKING. We 97% of the time have to park out in the tight parking lot ,my mom & I who are both handicap have to squeeze in a space then walk a distance to get to your facility. That's our ONLY ISSUE. Everything else is
