Good food, friendly staff and a several sandwiches to choose from. Had "The Wreck" on Dutch crunch, great sandwich loaded with meat on a good roll.

Delicious food with a diverse assortment of house sandwiches and a stable of the classics. Their signature sandwich sauce is subtly flavored with garlic and truly enhances the flavor of each bite I took and NOT sweet like everyone else's thousand island or ketchup mayo blends. Corti Bros still makes the best classic and liberally topped sandwich in Sacramento and I never expect them to be bested in that category, but for a sit down sandwich restaurant, Sandwich Spot can't be beat. Oh and the cookies are made in house and are kind of perfect, too.

Great variety of sandwiches. Very good lunch option with a great local flare. Highly recommended for an alternative to the main stream sandwich places.

I went to this location close to closing on Friday evening to get sandwiches for lunch the next day for a conference we were attending. Although the bread choices were limited due to the late hour, the sandwiches were generous and well prepared. They even gifted us a few oatmeal cookies, which were fabulous. I commend the staff and would definitely recommending stopping at this location for some great sandwiches.

I come here quite often but lately it’s been unorganized. I’ll place an order and no one will be in there, three people walk in order, receive there sandwiches and will leave(they are not call aheads). I’ll still wait 5-10 after the others left just for a regular sandwich. And for some reason the the last two times they don’t make it right. The downtown location is way more consistent and has overall better vibes. I think I’ll be going to beach hut from now on if I’m grabbing a sandwich by 65th.

Man what a fresh amazing sub sandwich. I sometimes forget how much better tasting a sandwich is from a place like this over the big franchise places. Had the Big Papa Al sandwich. Ham, prosciutto, salami, provolone & Italian dressing. Add some banana peppers and the secret sauce and I have a hell of a slammin' sandwich. Grab an RC to wash it down!

Food was so so. Took forever to get 2 sandwiches. The one that was ordered with no onion was covered with onion. The one that was supposed to have onion had just a small amount but no tomato or pickle. Place was tiny, appeared to be mostly clean but there were 3 tables no one had bothered to clean up. Wanted a small bottle of water and girl said it was 4.25 are you serious? I will go across street to 7-11 and get same bottle for 1.50. Don't think I will be back here.

Great sandwich shop. They do not short you on meat there is a perfect amount of mayo on it. Would like to see more toppings such as sprouts, olives, etc but what they do have is fresh and delicious. Give the Bomb sauce a try (jalapeno ranch). I did pay for cheese and didn't get it but honestly it did not take away from this sandwich and mistakes happen. They were providing a quick service and had several orders come in. I will be back for another great sandwich.Potato salad was okay, almost seemed store bought not sure if they make it there or not. Generous portion and decent price.

Best sandwich spot by far! We go here at least once a month and always have delicious sandwiches. The staff are very friendly and always go above and beyond. Try the #24 wild pitch! You won't regret it.

Food is good, service is slow, customer service is poor. Went to use a gift card I purchased from them in summer 2022 and because they changed their system, didn't want to accept it. Well, would you believe they made me go find the receipt for proof that I purchased the gift cards. Not sure how many "the sandwich spots" are around, but I felt it was unnecessary.

They need to update their hours. Yelp says they close at 6:00pm and sign on front window says 7:00pm. I got here at 5:30pm and they were closed.
