I know it's annoying to come in close to closing time but I get off at 9:30 and need some food. Got there at 9:42. Doors were locked. They came out and asked if I wanted ice cream. I told them I wanted a sandwich. They told me they were closed. I asked when they closed because the website said 10:00, they said sandwiches stop at 9:45. At this point it was only 9:44 and I'd been there for a few minutes. Sucks to get off from a customer service job where we go above and beyond all day, and end up going hungry because one of the only late night options decides they want to stop making sandwiches 15 minutes early, which apparently means if you get there twenty minutes early you're still not getting food. Zero internal logic and absolutely awful service. Not happy with this location at all, and the explanation actually didn't explain their behavior in the least.

Multiple bad experiences at this place. Tried to give it another shot and yet again it was horrific. The prices are insanely high, the sandwiches are small and with little meat, the staff will blame you for problems before even trying to fix them, app issues with store.. and more.

This Togos is always my go- to for a quick delicious sandwich and these mini sandwiches with chips are perfectly made your way. A shout out to quick service, as well.

Eaten at togos for years over subway because they gave a real sized sandwich for what you paid. This location on Folsom for the first time ever made me sad I ate there. Paid almost $40 for 2 sandwiches and they were the smallest crap I've ever gotten. They advertise this huge pastrami dip and barely had any meat for almost $20. Thr California ub I've gotten for years barely had 1/3 of the meat it has always had. If this is what they became I won't go back. Got a beach hut deli 3 min away and they don't skimp.
I like this location since it is close to the hospital. It makes for a good spot to snag some lunch!! The service is great. I usually don't wait in line but when we do it's fast.

I am very disappointed with my order tonight. I always order the same sandwich every time. It’s an extremely meaty sandwich. It’s call the Triple Dip. And it’s like $20.I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this store again because the amount they put on the sandwich is not like what I usually order. I went back inside to try to explain it to them, but they said that’s what usually comes with the sandwich. It was really unsatisfying for me because this was the sandwich I was craving all day cause I’ve been cleaning the house & this is what I got. The last three times I ordered from here my food hasn't been ready at the time stated when I made the online order. It totally defeats the purpose of online ordering! Also, It has to be mentioned that the mount of meat on the sandwich was scarce at best. I will no longer be ordering from togos, especially when there are so many sandwich options nearby (Corti Bros, sellands, Roxie deli, the sandwich spot, beach hut...).

If I could give them a negative star, I would. First, they use the same glove to use the cash register and to make my sandwiches. Then, they got my order wrong. I asked for one number and they gave me another number order. They did not apologize or express anything. They are like a cow, no expressions. I hate going there. I still had to pay for the order that they messed up. I don't like it. The moment I talked in, I was like should I or should I not. I wish I had listened to my heart and walked out instead. I really regret going there.

This store is absolutely ridiculous. First of all I ordered a salad and I got nothing but stock of the romaine lettuce!! We went to this one, because the last time we went to the one on Arden and the pastrami was spoiled on my sandwich! This is ridiculous is a compliment! This store can't even maintain proper prepping of food!! If you want to eat nothing but romaine stock on your salad then you should go here boy it's so full of vitamins!! Never again!!
