Still love uncle Vito's. I've been back many times, each time happily! Huge shout out to the chefs - Juan particularly is one of a kind! My Gd - they had an arugula, garlic, tomato and something other pizza a few weeks back that had me sinfully enjoying every single bite. Please have this more often! I'll have to keep a pulse on the specials. I'm so glad they're back to stay at the 15th location behind iron horse. Don't go anywhere - truly a great spot!!

When I first moved here and tried Vito's it was good, the last couple trips have not been good. Pizza quality definitely went down. It's unfortunate usually enjoy getting beer at university then getting a slice.

Delicious, perfect pizza and fries. Crisp chewy crust, super crisp fries. Buffalo cauliflower - chef's kiss. Yummy salad with good mix of toppings. This is the best pizza we've had in Sac and I highly recommend.

Food is 5 stars, love everything I've had there. Service is TRASH though. They never answer their phone, they take orders and will forget items and then look at you like you are lying about what you paid for. But it's always busy there and they know it. Wish the owner/manager would do some work work his/her staff to correct the poor customer service.

The cashier was not helpful and I ordered a salad and slice of pizza and I had to wait for more than 10 minutes after my 2 friends got their food and then when they called my name they only gave my salad and not my pizza... but the food is good.

Good Pizza, not too greasy while offering good selections. Location is easy to spot and get to overall. Wait time was longer than expected, I dont mind waiting but was told one time frame and we ended up waiting 15-20 minutes past. Not a big deal.

Edit: I have called 3 times this evening and have been placed on hold each time. I sat on hold for a grand total of 40 minutes before giving up. Literally sitting on hold currently for 15 minutes straight and counting. The staff here seems to be warn down and honestly don't really care much about customer service. I have empathy for them and at the same time am feeling pretty over how difficult it is to get a simple slice of pizza. If it weren't for how close those place was to my house, I'd have scrapped it loooong ago. Pizza is good but it is quite a struggle to get food late night!

One of my technicians and I had lunch there on his birthday. Even though the restaurant atmosphere has changed because of covid the staff was extremely accommodating and very polite to us considering we tend to be looking more like construction workers than their typical downtown professional patrons. We were both very impressed with the barbecue chicken pizza and a large literally fed both of us twice. I would recommend that pizza it to anyone who is a first-timer to this restaurant. I almost forgot to mention we got out of there for I think under $30. Two delicious pizza meals for two hard-working chimney sweeps for under $30 well played Uncle Vito's!!!
The cheese pizza was not very cheesy and the garlic parm fries were soggy almost immediately and were kinda plain. Don't think it's worth the price, should've just gone to Costco.

Love the pizza. Hate the vibes off the one lady cashier who has seems to have no sense of customer service. We were standing there after paying waiting for any proper instructions and she just walks away without any closure or even acknowledgement. She then leaned on the counter listening to their coworker talk. There's something about her rude and unfriendly demeanor that doesn't sit well with us.
