Attentive service, good selection of wines, and a great burrata bowl after a long day of meetings.

Menu changes aren't fantastic, but the menu is still good enough for Vino Volo to be my chosen stop for pre-flight fare. Comfy chairs, no-rush ambiance, and decent Malbec keep me coming back. I sure do miss my Wine Country Cobb Salad with chicken. What lunatic removed that from the menu? The Four Cheese Cavatappi is terribly bland and soupy, and the current salad selection makes me frown. Avocado & Beet, or a bunch of cured meats? Those aren't options. Sad, really. This place used to be many levels above other options, but they e cheapened themselves down to average.

Stopped here for a mid day meal at the airport and was not disappointed! Super delicious arugula salad wirh grilled chicken, Parmesan, and added cherry tomatoes. I got some crostini on the side and the BREAD IS DELICIOUS! The crostini was probably the best I ever had. One note would be that they uncharged 3 dollars for tomatoes which was kind of ridiculous. But otherwise delicious meal and cute spot if you're at the Sacramento airport

They host winemaker tastings now! I just met the Bella Grace Vineyards team. This is such a fun addition to my favorite SMF airport restaurants! Well done Vino

I was super excited to get to the airport this morning with my daughter I usually get the white wine flight and the truffle popcorn. Excited told my daughter this is where mommy learned how to make the truffle popcorn at home. Arrived the the only waitress was super rude, didn't even wait until I finished my sentence before she told me it's going to be a long time for food because she's the only one at work. Happy holidays lady this place is the 1st stop for years with my daughter our memories was taken back with your rude attitude this morning. I'm sure some co workers are late etc but put a smile on your face or go home because the grinch attitude is horrible for business.Critical Care Nurse trying to relax before the covid, flu, rsv overcrowded Emergency Dept begins.

Wine was lovely but the italian panino look like something even Subway wouldn’t serve! For a quarter of the price. bread was cold and hard. The arugula salad was good with a great balsamic dressing. If they toasted it this would be an excellent review.

Great place for a pre-flight drink or quick bite to eat before your flight if u are flying out of SAC. I came for food and enjoyed the friendly service & chill ambiance. Only thing is, my braised short ribs came with mashed potatoes that tasted off. Turns out it was rotten. My waiter apologized and removed the mashed potatoes from my plate, and offered a 20% discount on the food but didn't do much else to rectify the situation. I was still hungry and the 20% discount didn't mean anything to me... for an establishment like VV, I think they could develop better protocols for situations like this. Hope the other Vino Volos in other terminals are different.

Really good wine priced about the same as wine tasting not in an airport. The staff was also nice and fast.

I always stop here. This place has so much seating, is quiet, and always has good wine. We sat on the couch this time and enjoyed the rose that came highly recommended by the gentleman who said he was going to France this summer and bartends in Napa during the high season.

My new wife and I sat down at this place expecting to treat ourselves to a nice meal as newlyweds before our long flight home. We had more than 30 minutes before boarding started, so we ordered the open face caprice sandwich for a quick bite, and two drinks. The waitress explained that the kitchen was backed up (despite the fact that there were only four or five tables occupied at the time), and that she would be at our table in "a minute". After waiting several minutes, I took it upon myself to walk to the register and politely request that our order be prepared to go since our flight was boarding shortly. She then assured me that she would talk to the kitchen. After waiting patiently for another 25 minutes without anyone coming to our table, we finally decided to ask the waiter behind the register about the order. He reacted totally obliviously, said the order wasn't in the system, and asked if we had another 5 minutes. We looked behind the bar at the entrance to the kitchen and saw the dismissive, eye rolling blonde who was supposed to be our waitress sitting down, scrolling through her phone. When we approached her asking what happened to our order and the "minute" that she had claimed it would take her to come to our table, she explained unapologetically that she was "forced by California law to take a mandatory break". Needless to say, we did not have an additional 5 minutes to wait for our order to finally be prepared after waiting more than 25, so we paid for our drinks (apparently 2 pint sized cans of local IPA are worth no less than $30 according to this place). We've never gotten such rude and neglectful customer service at any restaurant, let alone an upscale "fine dining" establishment such as this. We expected that a high price tag would include proportionate quality and service. You get what you pay for, right? Not in this case. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. This airport pitstop imitation winery is unbelievably overpriced, understaffed, and as you can see from many of their other customer reviews, they shamelessly profile individuals based on class, race, and appearance, only serving those whom they deem worthy. Never again.

This place is awful. We thought we would splurge on a "nice" spot to eat but we were ultimately ignored and dismissed by staff. Don't waste your money or time here!
