What a horrible experience !!!!Passing through town stopped at this Burger King, spoke to a young kid, asked if I could have a Double Beef Wopper with no tomatoes please, he said “sure no problem”, then I asked if I could have it fresh off the grill, long story short I watch some lady pull two Pattie’s from sone plastic drawer, put it I the microwave, then package it up,I said why can’t I have it fresh off the grill, and the manager said “we don’t do that” and you wonder why so many Burger Kings suck and are in such financial trouble, I got my money back, and left, was such a disappointmentWhat happened to Burger King saying“Having it your way”

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! They served me undercooked chicken fried and an expired Hershey pie that had been completely smashed and air had gotten into the box!!! I spent $24 here just to be disappointed! I feel so ripped off…..

3/11/24Store is supposed to be opened at 6am so I did a mobile order at 6:09am before leaving my job. I got to the Burger King at 6:17 am and no one was there. I like this Burger King because they open an hour earlier than Ripon BK but it’s annoying that both Ripon and Salida Burger King have issues with the opening crew. Last week at 7:10am Ripon Burger King didn’t even acknowledge me while i was in the drive thru trying to get my mobile order & now Salida Burger King isn’t even open for me to pick up my mobile order. It’s no wonder they are closing BKs left and right

Worst service and denied service for pointing out the disrespectful behavior by the most disgusting person I have encountered working fast food. 1 I was having trouble using the app when I came in. Lady at the counter very rude needs to work on cleaning up her attitude. I see why it jas 2.9 rating. There are people out there That actually wanna work. This lady from the moment you walk in shows you. She does not want to be there as an employee. She's the needs to be retrained or replaced. I have never stopped at this Burger King before. And I will not stop at it again. Avoid this place it is kind to you

Today I went to the drive-thru to order a bacon king meal medium-sized onions with mozerela cheesesticks, so they make me wait for about 10 to 15 minutes when I was the only car that was there in the drive-thru and then they give me my food and I leave and meanwhile I'm about to drive while eating my food the burger I had eaten was colder than rocks and I find it really disrespectful to know I waited that long just so my food can be cold and it was also a waste of my money for the terrible service, I don't suggest anyone coming to this burger king unless you enjoy your food cold and wasting all your money on bad service.

I didn't give a one star cause for the most part everyone doing drive thru is cool but this is the 2nd time I've seen this guy doing the drive thru and I don't know if he's trying to get a reaction out of me or what but I can say my order clear as day and he always gets it wrong and he has this smirk on his face like he knows what he be doing but it's making me not wanna come back and the portion size compared to other burger kings is outrageous

The food is the same. Good and always on point. The point of concern that it's not managed correctly. I've been here a few times within the past months and they have ran out of meat patties and they had to run and get some. Now they ran out of ketchup. I mean. A simple inventory check on someone's part is not being managed correctly.

The worst place for drive through you literally have to wait for more than 15 mins on drive through isn’t the whole point of going through a drive through is to have our food fast. They never have their meals ready everything is slow. Staff are so slow you see them talking, walking, but not doing anything. They need more people in kitchen

Very long line, iced tea didn't taste like tea, the tortilla around the wrap was too crispy and falling apart and the piece of chicken in the wrap was about one third the size of the tortilla.

The drive was nice however, they have no fountains right only diet or icce and they charge you for extra pickles and extra tomatoes. The services is slow the Tuesday before Thanksgiving with no one in the driveway or in the dining room. And my burger was not done!!!!
