i ordered online and it was supposed to be ready at 6:40 i got here at 6:40 it's now 7:05 and im still waiting on my order yet no one else is here there was one lady here but as i stated my order said it would be ready at 6:40 the man making the sandwiches said he made one of my sandwiches but was gonna make hers then finish mine, my first sandwiches will now be cold because it took him over 20 mins to complete my order that says it was completed at 6:40

It was fine. Subway isn't exceptional in any way, it's the basic non-regional default of getting a sandwich, but it's still sandwiches. Gotta like sandwiches.

Asked for the fresh baked cookies that they had just made and lady charging said no because they are “hot”. Lol I didn’t want the old cookies. I wanted the fresh baked, like they advertise ? She said it nicely, but would’ve preferred her to say if I could wait a couple of minutes to let them cool off a little. Rather than the blatant no I was told.

I don’t normally take the time to ad reviews but after spending the day at the local KP hospital by father and I pick up sandwiches for the family back at the house, ordered the new specials and must comment that the service, quality of ingredients and taste at this location is better than I get at east Bay Area!! Thanks and will be back again!

Yes! I drove here from Ripon because they TAKE COUPONS! I ordered online and they had my order all wrapped and ready to go when I got there. The lady working greeted me with a smile. Is that so hard people?! Will come back again for sure!

Food is not good anymore, used to be good. It was poorly made, sub looked like a salad with bread. And $13 for a 6" long, not worth
Came in tonight got the number 4 so good The young lady working was so Pleasant and did a very good job.

I like this location as it's easier off the freeway exit and lobby is super clean.Sandwiches were made correctly with no issues and everything was great until coupons .Little trouble with the coupons but we got them to work and lady was super nice about it. I'll be back for more sandwiches. Thanks to the manager and worker figuring out the coupons situation. Manager was super nice and apologized for the trouble but I completely understand.By that, here is your 5 stars!
