Salinas location doesn't take reservations by Yelp. I had a reservation on which I was looking forward to for a Sunday, when I got here, they said my reservations wasn't valid, nor could they accommodate me and my party, which I think they should've done due to the misleading of Yelp vs their "policy ".

Love that they offer garlic noodles. The robot who brings you your food is fun. Very clean. Staff is friendly. I love that you can choose head on or off on your shrimp. Easy garlic is the way to go. Who needs heartburn. Haha

Just called & it was 8:48 & the girl who answer said they weren't taking any phone orders if they close at 10pm thts unbelievable there just lazy & don't wanna work get some new employees

Great food although DONT BOOK OFF YELP we booked for dinner and drive 45 minutes to be told they don't accept bookings off yelp and ended on a wait list of 45 minutes ... the fuck bag o' crab

If I could give a 0 stars I would. Don't come here if you have a party of 6 or more. They will charge kids if they don't eat and just sit there. They will charge you a $44 service fee.

Ughh the food was so good had great flavor but our waiter was horrible . First our table wasn’t cleaned before hand then our waiter DANIA disappeared many times on us . I had to wait about 10 minutes to ask for a refill on my drink once I noticed she didn’t come back & i was choking we had to ask someone else . When she did come back she brought our check with her and i wasn’t even done eating. Its like she was trying to kick us out . She didn’t even ask if we wanted boxes or anything. The robot worked harder then her . As a server i know that is not good customer service & would highly advise management to talk to her about her customer service skills . Again our server was DANIA . Very disappointing because the food was good but i would not recommend this place unless you want rude & bad service.

First time here, was scared to try it but i was not disappointed! It was so delicious. Our waiter was very nice and caring. Love the louisiana flavor with the shrimp! definitely coming back. Might be a little pricey but it is worth it!
I have never eaten here and never will. Just the name alone tells me to stay away. Hardly the place to go to get quality crab.

The women who attended us when we first came is were very rude and not kid friendly at all. The waitress that took our order was really good, really good service and was very caring.Parking: The parking is very easy to find.

This was my first experience at this restaurant so far. I had a pickup order and decided to get sauce on the side. When I paid and they told me to wait 5-10 minutes for SAUCE. It wasn't as busy and it wasn't until I asked to check in for my order after 10 minutes that I was told to wait another 5 minutes. A few more minutes go by and I'm told that they'll check in on the order themselves. At the point it's 15 minutes for an order of sauce on the side. Maybe something went wrong in their system but waiting a total of 20+ minutes for a cup of sauce is crazy.
