If I could give 0 stars I would, went a few times & the two older ladies there were very rude never welcome you in they take your order as if your bothering them, if you pay in cash & they give your change back check it because we were missing 5$ & the lady just looked at us as we walked away & we came back & she just handed it but was actually going to keep our money & not say anything

I'm so happy I found this spot! Fresh juices and great smoothies. They also have fresh fruit available for purchase, as well as acai bowls, sandwiches, and supplements. The ladies behind the counter were nice and answered the questions I had and were accommodating when I asked for no celery in my juice. I'll definitely be returning. My juice had a good amount of ginger and was nice and spicy.

Wow these ladies need some customer service training ASAP.. After waiting a few minutes for the lady making drinks to come take my order (cause the other one was on her cellphone) I ordered two smoothies, then sat and waited. Cellphone lady called out one smoothie which wasn't mine so I kept waiting until she yelled at me that my drink was sitting there. At this point I said that's not at all what I ordered and I ordered two, she yelled "well they charged you one" and I said no, I was charged $16 dollars and this is my order number. She didn't even look at me or my receipt she just rolled her eyes and called the next person in line. Kind of unhinged to get mad at a customer because you can't read an order slip. Eventually they made my order, but she was still super rude to me when she tossed them on the counter. They always act like you inconvenience them by going in to order, so that will definitely be the last time for me.

Wish I was able to leave 0 stars lol saw that the employees were a bit busy so waited to be served and then when they finally had time they left and never acknowledged me. Then came back and asked a lady that just walked in if she was ready to order. We said we were in line and then she said no we weren't. Horrible place to go to. Don't bother with these people.

Terrible customer service. I don't know that the lady with big lashes knows English or Spanish. We tried to order a "make your own" drink, which they advertise on their menu. As we were dictating the ingredients, she just gave us a blank stare....figuring she had taken that down, we then I tried to put in two more orders and asked for NO HONEY= NO MIEL!!!!! I got a bowl with hella honey, I had to throw out most of the toppings to avoid eating it. She asked again for the ingredients we had ask for in the drink because she hadn't bothered to take them down the first time.....she then tried to get us to order a regular drink off the menu....so we did because it was obvious she was just too ignorant to take our order. If you can't take an order or can't stand people why are you in customer service, stay home!!!

Today I went in to get a pomegranate cup, as soon as I got in the car and took one spoonful I noticed that half of them were brown already. Contemplated going in but i paid $10 for this small cup so I went back inside and told the lady if I could have a different cup or my money back. I've never asked for my money back but she looked at me with a blank stare , she said they came in that color this season. The color wasn't the issue, it was the rotten taste I told her. She didn't do anything about it. I walked out but I will not be returning. Extremely disappointed.

I was just exploring around and found this place. Protein shakes caught my attention which I went ahead and proceed to buy one with banana, strawberry, oats, almond milk, and Whey vanilla protein powder. I gotta say I was impressed on the quality and flavor it had as well as the freshness of ingredients. I will definitely come by again and trying out your other items!

I've been to all locations of this place and have always ordered the same drink.. let's keep in mind that are expensive! I got this drink and it's horrible the ginger is to overpowering to drink it at all! So I called to see if I can just get a replacement maybe with less ginger or none.. they said they can't do that and that their ginger is strong today.. I get it so why not make one with no ginger ? I bought a whole drink and it went into the garbage .. told them I will just not be going if they can't do such a simple request since it was their mistake to not bring up to customer about ginger.. I think it's mutually agreed on that the spice and intensity of ginger I'm a drink can and does ruin a whole drink.

I come here at least once a week to get either a juice, wrap, or açaí bowl. The staff are super friendly and the food is amazing. Best prices in Salinas and Monterey for a healthy meal which is why I really like this place. They run out of açaí all of the time bc it's one of the more popular items. If you want something healthy, natural, organic and doesn't break the bank then you need to check this place out.

I used to come here all the time and never had a problem. Today after years and years of not coming to this location I came to grab a quick lunch on the go. Something to eat on the road. Lol as so I thought. The waiting time was super quick I had No problem with that but what the heck is this? Not a wrap that's for sure. First of all I attempted to eat half of it and it was not cut properly, I could not even grab a piece I had to cut the other part and yes that's how they "wrapped it" couldn't eat it on the go for sure. The taste was not the worse but very bland and simple not savory at all. The chips I probably got 4 normal chips and the rest was crumbles. For my biónico I ordered No Papaya and no granola which they got right, however i only got part of one strawberry and the the taste was very awful. As if they used the same knife to cut the onions. Over all I would not recommend ordering a wrap for sure. It was not busy and they were quick so I would assume they had time to use different knives and also time to cut and add more strawberries. As for the Biónico I would not buy it here again I rather spend my money at Guadalajara Nieves where they actually give you enough fruit that you pay for and the quality is much better. Just very unsatisfied with my order.
