Place has gone downhill lately. Pizza seems lower in quality and more expensive then it used to be. Lighting is dreary and not great either. Bathroom is often broken and now only for paying customers, so this place is not as good as it used to be.

It wasn't too busy at 2pm. The staff was great. Although it wasn't busy at the time they looked like they were trying to catch up on stuff like making more lemonade. The girl that helped me was super nice but she looked like she was trying to get 20 things done.

After falling in love with the Marina location of Blaze Pizza my mom and I decided to try the Salinas location of Blaze Pizza and we decided to order pizzas from them through UberEats and my mother and I were just swept away by this Blaze Pizza's awesome pizzas and I loved my pepperoni pizza and it reminded me so much of the pepperoni pizzas you used to eat at your high school cafeteria growing up and my mother was impressed with her Hawaiian pizza and I can honestly say that Blaze Pizza is better than Pizza Hut Little Caesars or even Piara Pizza or Domino's and it's true that Blaze Pizza really puts their heart into every pizza they create and we will continue to order from them in the future because Blaze is in one word Marvelous and I hope Blaze Pizza continues to do the awesome job in every pizza because this pizza is well worth every penny and is great tasting and the Salinas Blaze Pizza should be given award medals for the amazing job they did to me and my mom's pizzas

I love blaze pizza but this place is bad. I came in (I was the only one) and stood there for a cool while. The worker didn't even say hi or anything he completely ignored me and kept doing some orders. I understand that it guests busy but at least say "hello I'll be right with you" or something... When he finally decided to take my order he kept on rolling his eyes and asked me what I wanted on my pizza far away from the toppings . I love blaze but I haven't memorized the topping . Anyway, this was the weirdest blaze pizza I've been too . I don't know his name, he didn't have a name tag on. Either way, maybe they all need a lesson on at least saying hi to costumers

I’m a manager within the mall of this location and customer service should always be #1 even if you aren’t having a good day. The energy in the restaurant was very odd, there was two employees arguing behind the cash wrap. None of them rang us out we got the pizzas before we paid and had to remind the person making the pizzas that they didn’t charge us. There was one great guy there trying to do everything with no help and he apologized for the environment as well.
I used grub hub for two pizzas, one pepperoni and one veggies. They left off the pepperoni, no answer from bus, too busy. Got refund from grub hub, but no response from Blaze. Mot sure what to recommend, two stars.

First things first the service was great. I placed an online order and i had no issues receiving my pizzas. Everything was done correctly and none of the pizzas were missing anything. A young lady named Liz was super helpful in walking me through the mobile pick up process. The willingness to help with a smile made me feel more comfortable and is worth a 5 star rating. I really liked this place. Such a cool vibe and the staff was really kind and respectful. The girls in the morning always greet me and my friends with a good-morning and great pizzas! Clean place.Vegetarian options: There are signature pizzas pure veggies and you can also build your own with lots of veggies or different crusts like cauliflower.
