I made an order through door dash and my door dasher was actually on time. Fries were super dry and cold it’s like if they used old fries that were sitting there for a cool minute. Just because we door dash it does not mean you have to give us leftovers. I AM tHE ONE paying for my meal so I deserve a fresh new meal. Acting like y’all pay for it ??♀️??♀️??♀️ disgusting

If I could do 0 stars I would do. Ordered wings with mild sauce the wings were dry they were plain . I told the guy I needed sauce on my wings due to dry they were plain . he gave me attitude and want to charge me to put sauce on it . Worst customer service don’t think I will ever go back

B-Dubs was overwhelmed with MMA UFC fans and trying to watch a CFB game was a challenge. Found limited non fried food options for my wife's dietary restrictions. Should offer more grilled options.

Place was dead for a Sports bar atmosphere, Manager greeted us with an attitude, like "what were we doing there".Greeter and server were good, Food not so good, we order platter, Got the order wrong, boneless wings were supposed to be garlic parmesan, instead they were extremely spicy, popped it in my mouth and had to spit it out.Got sick in bathroom.Hot dog chicken strip was cold and tough.Didn't complain,due to hearing horror stories when you send back your food to be corrected.Phone constantly ringing.Not so clean dining area and bathrooms are worse. Manager needs an attitude adjustment and more intense training.Were done with BWW.
