HORRIBLE!!!!!! Rude, I asked for my cheeseburger plain, put pickles ketchup and other stuff. I came back in to tell them to please change it and they were extremely rude about it! Never going there again. Forgot my sauces put my food upside down!!

I give it one star, for this reason. The many kisses that I have been to eat and they don't have a bathroom. It has a notice taped to the door "out of service" that makes it a star..

Not very welcoming. Signs all over about what you can't or shouldn't do. Must order food Before you use the restroom. And the manager came from the back to challenge me after I asked for the door code. ( I had already ordered at the counter). It was freezing cold in there. I decided to take my food and eat in the car. :-(

The staff is extremely rude always! They act like you are doing them a disservice by ordering from them. The manager yelled at at one of the employees who was on break from across the dining room. The food is fine for what it is no complaints there. Just always a miserable experience with the staff.

Ordered 2 whoopers for husband and I and the chicken tenders for my daughter. They forgot the chicken tenders didn't notice until I was back in Watsonville, too far to go back. I do however like the location. Attendant was very nice just probably
People there are rude like they don't what to be there. This is the slowest drive thru ever. Even when your the only person there they still tell you to wait like 5 minutes every time too and there no people in the drive thru or the store but every time they says can you wait fir a minute doesn't make sense your the only slow burger king line ?Parking: Lots of homeless people in the front of the store.

Wow! from the first sip of my Diet Coke to the perfectly salted & crunchy French fry - my whopper jnr moist and fresh- I’m from Australia but one of the best meals in the states so far !!
