Food was okay small 2 sliders and 1 drink 22oz but the price was kinda steep for 12.57 No free refills either so try not to drink too much well trying to eat your food The music was okay but it was mostly playing Hispanic music about shooting up people I was going to use the bathroom but when I went inside it was covered with urine aka Piss or pee how ever you want to call it was the most disgusting thing I think someone hit the sink Napkin holder was empty and dusty If you made it this far I pray to the Hamburger gods this place gets fixed I really wanted to love this place it was my first time but I think it emotionally scared me to not ever come back Burger was decent so 2 stars over all because the food was ok

Drove here from seaside, ca on this rainy day. Stoped by Salinas mall looking for a good burger. Burgerim has delicious burgers my son and I had combo one and two meat is delicious. They had Mexican music playing while we had lunch, server offered us to change the tv channel but there was really no need. The place has good food, good vibes. I would love to come back at a later time for a beer and such. I will definitely make this our burger spot every time we come to Salinas Ca.

Rude customer service I had ordered and made a request to add sweet potatoes in the burger and they told me rudely that they allowed it for today but I can't customize my burger will be speaking to the corporate about this issue

My prediction is this restaurant won't be open at this location next year. Poor customer service. Very high prices, I wasn't made to feel welcome there. And the owner needs to learn business 101. Should have gone across the street to Chick-fil-A.

The price for meals is amazing you get really good food for a really good price! More importantly the service is fast and the serves are very friendly, 5 starts for Jasmin Ricardo R best service I’ve had in a while! Definitely recommend eating here !

If you are reading this: do NOT come here!!! I repeat do NOT come here!!! Read it again: Do NOT NOT NOT NOT come here!!!!!! It really hurts when I have to write a review like this one because it is really hard to mess up a burger and to mess up an experience, and this restaurant happened to mess up both! Upon arrival there was only one person in this place. I had been wanting to come here because from the outside it gives you that Smashburger feel, but it just a trap to make you go in. There were two people from the staff that helped us out, the first one was the you g lady that took our order, very helpful and pleasant. The second one I believe was the manager, a guy wearing a blue shirt, no name tag, he was not helpful at all and not pleasant at all. Never smiled. Seemed to be in a really bad mood. It was at 3:00 pm today 9/3/2022, just in case the owner cares enough to make any changes, which most likely she wont. Place seems dirty, and not taken care of, specially when there is no customers. When this guy dropped off our food, it only had 3 packets of Ketchup, and he never asked if we needed anything else, just said my name out loud, I got up to meet him half way and he handed me my order and walked away. Okay that's fine, I do not need any special treatment. When I grabbed the burger, the bun was COLD, at this point I didn't want to send my burger back as I didn't trust this guy anymore, I ate it with the bun cold, the sweet potato fries seemed to had been Reheated. My wife's hamburger Bun was also cold, her French fries were good. The three packets of ketchup weren't enough so I asked my wife to ask for ranch, she came back after asking this moody guy for ranch and told me that it was 50 cents for ranch. I didn't have 50 cents, only a 20 dollar bill and he took it and charged his 50 cents. This shows that this restaurant and it's management care more about squeezing out money at the moment and not about its customers coming back. I Will NOT be coming back and I ask you to PLEASE go somewhere else. Right in front there's a ChIck-fil-A, a lot cheaper for better service and A Lot more quality!!!!!!!!

This place has gone down hill. I used to love coming here but not anymore. I watched as every single order before mine was delivered and every single order was wrong or missing an item. There was a burning smell. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. They are severely understaffed here. There was no one manning the registers for a good 10 minutes.
Wasn't bad at all however nothing about our meals were amazing or worthy of a amazing delicious recommendation to friends and family or yelp. I had a mushroom burger and the hubby had a double cheeseburger and like I said it was only ok. Sorry I forgot to get pictures of the menu items however again I was not in awe of anything. Hopefully it was just a off day for them. However I don't think we'll be back.

These people work embarrassingly slow. Seriously painful to watch how they complicate a pretty easy job. They have no concern for customer service and. Walk around with no sense of urgency. Fire your hiring manager

I usually dine in, they do add a bit to much mayonnaise than I would prefer but other than that I love this place. Fries have always been crispy but I mainly come here for the milkshakes

Soooo yummy. I got the salmon burger (I forgot the name of it) and it was amazing! Their oreo milkshake was yummy as well. Will be visiting again
