This is the best fast-food joint probably in all of Salinas! The manager, Cindy, is very friendly, attentive, and always provides great service, as does everyone else I've interacted with. The food quality is great, especially the chicken tenders and sandwiches, although I really like the burgers too.

I love eating the burgers at this place! Cindy is a great manager and runs this restaurant smoothly and efficiently. Every time I come here, the service is great, and the food tastes fresh! This is the place where I got my first book in the kids super star meal back in the 80s, so I always feel good coming back, eating a burger, reading a book, and writing stories. Great place.

Normally I ask for my breakfast without yellow cheese and I forgot to ask this time and Adilene the cook surprisingly switch the yellow cheese for white cheese, which I really appreciate that and I wasn’t expecting that, I think I’ve been coming in here too often ? ?
Very disappointing ?. Never again going here no need to explain. Food.terrible burger are too high. Owner is price gouging on items on menu. Food is terrible meat red still fries are cold. No I will not support business more and I will not keep funding your location anymore.

I came into this place at 11:30 PM and they put a note out that they are not taking credit cards or Apple Pay. I proceeded to order only for them to tell me that they don't take debit either. If you're not taking debit, why not put it also, you only put credit cards or Apple Pay. Also, I feel like their system wasn't down and they were just being outright lazy as how most fast food places are. Service is horrible. I don't recommend anybody to come here.

Solid spot. Burgers tasted fantastic and were given out to us in less than 5 min. There was plenty of parking and the staff was very nice. I got 2 cheeseburgers and they were both delicious. Onto annoying thing was having to ask for a key for the bathroom and it felt like breaking out of a jail cell to get out because the deadbolt falls back into the lock position easily

The oil they use for the chicken tenders smells old and fish like. I couldn’t understand how much our total was so had to wait til we paid to find out. It’s a wonder why we even go to fast food anymore. It’s all junk tasting.

Carl's is always good. The only downside is always going to be the price though. That never seems to change and only seems to get worse. You at least get good food and good portions. Problem with this location is the wait, which isn't great. The bathrooms are garbage as well too, so look out for that if you have to go.
