Guess which one i ordered and which one i got? Order #2. I got an uncooked chicken burger. Nither was eaten.

I ordered 2 ortega single chili charburger's single combo meals. On special also my daughters BBQ burger from the drive thru and had to wait and park for 10 minutes not counting waiting in like for cars in front of us. When food came out to the car I asked is it all there. I was told yes and the employee apologized for the for delay. I drove home 3.5 miles and upon arriving found that we were short a burger. So I had to go back leave my meal at home to get my daughter BBQ burger. Now my food is cold my fries and burger. I get home sit to eat my now cold meal to find this advertised burger looks nothing like what I got. We live in Salinas the LETTUCE capital of the world and I got wilted sliver of Iceberg, wait that's not all the ortega chilie wouldn't even come close to what is advertised. I can not believe I spent $33.53 on food this bad quality, service, process that lends pride to your brand was lacking. I am literally ashamed for what I was given. The worker at this Carl's were overwhelmed you could tell but unfortunately that's no excuse for taking people's money and not providing quality food. I am leaving feedback here and Google reviews, and yelp. I'm hash taking my FB and Instagram as well. Sorry I'm not a happy customer!
