The food is amazing. We got an app sampler, large pizza, and a salad. Could never go wrong with the salad bar! However, as I went over to the pick up window I seemed to overhear a woman speaking loudly about being hungover. You guys might want to keep it down back there where we could hear you. I did not ask to speak to a manager but I honestly thought this was very unprofessional.Kid-friendliness: The staff members are very friendly and the party section really knows how to put on a show!

I would like to bring to your attention a series of unsatisfactory encounters I have experienced with the manager, Angela. Unfortunately, these incidents have cumulatively created a highly unfavorable impression. Angela has demonstrated a consistently rude demeanor, audible instances of yelling at her employees, and the use of inappropriate language in the presence of customers. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the store seems to be lacking. I appreciate the courteousness of the rest of the staff; however, my repeated negative interactions with Manager Angela have significantly impacted my perception of the establishment. I believe it is essential to address these concerns to maintain a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. I will not be coming back until this store fixes the issues.

Great place to bring the little ones, super kid friendly environment with lots of distractions to keep kids occupied. the pizza was good, just as I remembered it S a kid. The service was good, the food came out quick and the waitress was nice, but clearly not the place they wanted to be on a Saturday.

Safety zero stars! Since I was young I always remember CEC being the safest place to take your kids. Last night I took my neice and my husbands never been so he just walks in with our neice in his arms. No one is at the check in stand. I stopped him and said no we have to get a stamp and the lady at the register said oh no it's ok. We waited in line and I asked do you not give stamps anymore? She said we do but we are too busy right now. So I'm thinking to myself so I can walk out with any kid and you won't know and anyone can walk out with mine. Hugely disappointing! Especially given todays day and age.
