I just ordered a single scoop for my kid and the sport they gave me was dirty and had lipstick marks on it. Unless you like ice cream that much, I would not buy anything from here overpriced and dirty.

I got ice cream It was terrible Dont go here for food pls.The service and ambiance was okay . So that means its mid. I also got a drink It was okay so It was pretty mid . I've had stuff better than this but It couldve been worse

Ordered Cold Stone on door dash. Received my order and the employees didnt even mash my mix-ins. Literally whole oreo cookies, a whole brownie NOTHING mixed in all sitting at the top. The employees who are working there need to do better. This is my second negative experience here.The first time all of the workers called out so the owner was working and had no clue how to make any of the ice cream combinations.This is just not good customer service. I should be getting better quality than this.

Came here twice and both times, had excellent customer service and very tasty ice cream. I really enjoyed the flavor and texture of their banana ice cream with a little caramel and/or banana. Texture is refrigerated just right, not frozen nor melted. Their oreo ice cream is very good as well. Looking fwd to try more flavors.

Terrible service is what puts this at a 1. The lady who was helping me was decent at best I waited there for 5 mins until someone wanted to help and they both kinda looked at each other and didn't want to help. The other issue I have is they have exotic ice cream but not the basics. How u don't have butter pecan is beyond me but have pistachio ice cream. I remember this to be more than what it is maybe or the one in Virginia is better idk. But this was a huge bummer. Wouldn't recommend on top of that it was 7 bucks. Definitely not worth it.

There is nothing better on a hot day than a great ice cream treat from.Cold Stone Creamery!!! And they have such a unique way of creating an ice cream treat by mixing it on a cold stone with other delights.. One of my favorites was the German chocolate cake ice cream concoction. So chocolatly, and sooo tasty. In fact it was just plain scrumptious! The lemon ice was very soothing.For birthdays we occasionally would buy a custom made chocolate ice cream cake. So very cold and tasty and just plain delicious!

Large portions of very creamy ice cream. The person who built ours was very helpful, patient, & friendly - (her name was Yulissa). She & 2 other staff had quite a crowd to serve but they quickly got them served. The line moved fast. Everyone seemed happy with their food.
