One of my favorite spots for quality Cafe food. Nice location to meet with family. I look forward to going back again. They have a lot of great reviews for a reason.

A favorite spot for tasty Cafe food. Definitely one of the best places in the area. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The place has a good feel to it. Atmosphere is similar to a cafe in San Jose I loved.

Cafe food and service at this location is excellent. This place does it for me. Service is typically good. Mood here reminds me of San Diego's scene.

Cafe food, so delicious. Staff is always nice even when they have a full house. There was quick and friendly service. This place has a cool atmosphere. I see why this place has a lot of good reviews.

Service is always really good. Waitresses are very attentive and helpful. That goes a long way in my book. Food is good but it isn't great. The service makes up for the food. I'm a fan, it's the best place in town in my opinion.

I came in here yesterday for lunch with a friend. Aesthetically, it was clean and spacious. The decorations were exactly what the precious reviewers described. What caught my eye was the dessert case... Everything looked beautiful. I ordered my food and I was mischarged. My total was $7.49 but was charged $47.49 instead. The person cashiering, as well as what looked like the owner, did not know how to post-void the transaction. I have 45 minutes for lunch, so it was a bit inconvenient. They had to call the company to issue a refund. I ordered the Bailiff without turkey and had a Caesar salad on the side. The focaccia bread was delicious. The herbs were tasty, the bread was soft, and the aioli was amazing. I also liked the Caesar dressing. It wasn't overpowering. Overall, the food was delicious, but the issue with the debit machine was disappointing. I'm not sure they know how to use it. My suggestion is to pay in cash.

Came in while they're closing and still they took care of me, what ashamed I didn't take a pic. I'd be a regular for now on.

Well I'm not as bowled over as the other Yelpers about this place. Husband and I gave it a try because it was open at 1:30pm on a Sunday and the sushi place next door wasn't. He got the bbq sandwich. Not that great. He picked out no less than five cartilage pieces from bites he already had taken from his sandwich. In other words, he had to spit them out. His description was...crock-pot bbq that was not cleaned of all the non-edible bits. His was very small in size compared to mine, which was the Felony...grilled chicken, avocado, etc. I was not impressed. Lacking in flavor. Focaccia bread was not very good...dry and flavorless. $8.95 for a sandwich and one side item and it really did not deliver.

I have continuously gone here for Italian Chopped salad. Today I ordered one and WTF There is black beans, corn, cilantro, olives, avocado. I didn't order this and I was very clear on my order. The ownership has changed and while there breakfast burritos are pretty good they should not change key items on the menu. Disappointed. I seriously will never go back now.

I used to really love Courthouse Cafe, my coworkers and I ate their about twice a month. I tried most things on the menu and didn't have one bad meal. Everything had great flavor, was freshly prepared and the desserts were amazing. After it came under new ownership however, the service and quality just isn't there. They were out of the bread specified on the menu and the broccoli salad was soup. Yuck. The flavor was decent but all the liquid in the to go container was very off putting. Also we had to give them our order four times over the phone and they didn't even let us know at that point they didn't have the bread for the sandwiched we ordered. I don't know that I will go back now or that I would recommend it to a friend anymore. Sad another one bites the dust in Salinas.

We, (2 couples), had lunch here last Tuesday. Very clean, outstanding service. The food was also very impressive. Would absolutely return here anytime we are in Salinas.
