Horrible experience, my lobster was so expired/rotten that the moment I cracked it open it smelled like ammonia.? I've never smelled anything so disgusting. I have elderly that are now in danger of getting sick from food poisoning. This is unacceptable. I also never got an apology for the mishap or any type of accountability on the establishments part. I received a cash refund for the lobster item out of a $70 plus amount spent. Last but not least I got charged for another item which was not in my bag. Overall NOONE is keeping up with the product freshness. FIFO should be implemented. DO BETTER! Price isn't the issue but if I'm going to spend my hard earned money I expect fresh food.

The Crab Bucket is always a crowd pleaser. Messy, delicious, fun food. Nice staff. They put a roll of paper towels on every table which is great because you're going to need them! The seafood is fresh, and they have choices of seasoning - I like the kawabunga seasoning. Great place for a fun special occasion meal.

ordered here a few times and always love their king crab legs. have tried their clams, crawdads, shrimp, and lobster as well. clams are very tasty but the shells easily break, gotta watch while eating them.fried ice cream had a crispy outter coating and they offered different syrup toppings.fresh oysters on a shell were very fresh along with the cut lime wedges.always ordered out so cant say much for the inside dining although when picking up the order it was very relaxed with cool decorations. along with watching the service robot pass back and forth. staff are always polite and double check the order has everything

The ambiance was great. I love the decor. The food was great! They have a small robot server and they were happy to change the TV over to Spider-Man instead of kids cartoons.

I absolutely love this place! Service is quick and I've never had to wait to be sat. I usually get their shrimp with potatoes and the kawa banga for seasoning, which is absolutely delicious! I love the music that they play, will definitely be going back and definitely recommend!
Service was rude! None of the food was cooked with any type of seasoning which made the food taste like garbage was not worth the money at all!! The atmosphere of the place was a downer the employees were obviously annoyed/irritable and the overall experience was not worth it. Been to plenty of seafood places in pismo and morro bay and this was the only bad experience I've ever had. If you want the open experience of the crab bucket or any other seafood place the puts the seafood or food on the table this is not the place! Genuinely hope this helps!!
Amazing food! Michelada was the best I've ever had in my life! The sauce was on point! Shrimp were fat as hell and the crab was super fresh. Only reason I gave a point off was because the service wasn't the friendliest but they got the job done.
