It got up to almost 100 degrees today. The staff is stuck inside with the residual heat from all the refrigeration, and customer service is still top notch!

Ive been a customer for a while now and each time I visit it makes me want to rate the place lower. The owner clearly doesn’t care about the workers because air conditioning is not provided in the building and they are so overworked to the point where they have to fan themselves with the cup holders. Not to mention they still have to where masks. A time when my drink came out to icy and asked to remake it only for it to come out the sane way. The crepes never come out fully cooked anymore either. There always raw from the outside or burn. A boy who I don’t see anymore would offer to make them any size and would make sure it was perfect. Now I see them not care when they hand them out and most of the time forget to add the extra whipped cream that I asked. This whole place is very unsanitary to theres flies flying everywhere and they never bother to clean the floor.

I like the drinks but they never seem to get my order right. As a person who is lactose intolerant it very important they get it right and I want to say 6/10 times they give me the wrong order. Also when I bring it up they give me major attitude. I like going here but if imma keep getting stomach aches and nausea it’s not worth it. Seeing as how the drinks aren’t cheap either, I think I deserve to get what I asked for. And don’t get me started on the bugs flying around the frozen yogurt which makes it super unappetizing.

Really good blended Thai tea and Taro with boba but have to ask for extra sweet otherwise the taste is diluted and not satisfactory.

Try their Canela Milk Tea, it's milk tea, but with a lot of cinnamon and maybe some anise flavor. It tastes like a churro in a milk tea! Their rotibuns are really good, they look like a sweet bread with a cookie baked on top. The cheese rotibun has white chocolate chips on top. One bite, and you are in sweet cream cheese heaven. However, in the center is actual cheese, so this is both sweet and savory. Such a treat! The butter rotibuns have chocolate chips on top and some butter custard cream goodness in the middle. It's true, there isn't enough of the center stuff, but when you do bite into it, it's soooo good! Especially when it's fresh and hot. Once it cools down, it's not as good! Eat it fresh!! Five stars for this place, probably the best boba place in Salinas!

Usually my favorite place to get boba becsuse of how well blended the ice is, not so much on my recent purchase. Blended boba was me trying to swallow uncomfortably large ice chunks not blend well into the milk tea that i ended up with flavorless ice. Sorry but.. I ordered blended boba not a raspado ...

Workers were friendly, my drink was really good, the music that was playing put me in a good mood, and everything was clean. The holiday decorations are so cute and made my experience 10 times better.

I was disappointed:( I didn't realize they used powder instead of fresh fruits.

There was a hair in my cup... and it sure wasn't our hair cuz that cup is sealed. I had to drive back to replace my sons drink.. at least she gave me a large..

First impression was the place was a bit dirty. We finally ordered two of the boba drinks off the menu board. I wanted coffee jelly added to mine and she looked at me like it was weird. She then proceeded to ask us three different times what our order was. The place was not busy. Two girls ordered before us and that was an ordeal because the $20 bill was too big apparently. Finally when I got my order which was the Niseko, I couldn’t drink it through the straw. When I finally got it through the straw it was because it was a giant clump of Boba that were stuck together. All in all the drinks were good but the service was lacking and the place was dirty. I’ll give it another shot but I’m not sure I like this particular location.

Daughter's favorite Boba place in Salinas. Super good with a large selection of flavors, not to mention other desserts and munchies for those sugar lovers. Their mangonadas are bomb. My daughter loves their coffee flavored Boba, as well as the Taro (Poi), and Horchata. But they have like 40 different flavors, so you may d find d your own favorite. Definitely worth checking out.

WORST customer service everrrr!!!! She was not friendly at all and didn’t make us feel welcomed. It was my first time visiting and I’m never coming to this place ever again because of this environment. I don’t recommend this place because of the workers but the food was decent. She does not deserve to be working here if she’s going to be in a bad mood!!!!!!!!!??

I always love to come here and get my dessert or drinks. This tall young lady managed to recognize me and made me feel welcomed when she realized I was a regular. Amazing customer service and always fast with orders?
