We Have Been back here almost every week from the date of my last post. Still getting the great service and Delicious food. This place turned out to be Salinas's best kept secret for the last five years for anyone looking for the best Pho Soup.

I came here with a colleague and I got the beef noodle soup. The portions are large and the broth is delicious. The food was served quickly so we didn't have to wait long. The owner and all the staff are extremely friendly and seem to know everyone who walked in! It definitely looks like a favorite spot for the local community. I would happily come here again to try other items on the menu or eat the same tasty phở again.

I ordered to go and the staff was very nice and welcoming. Usually when ordering food to go it's not that great but everything we got was hot and really good! Definitely recommend coming here for Chinese food in Salinas.

Since day one the waiters here treated us like family. Very kind and we joke around a lot. Love eating a comforting bowl of pho especially on a cold day here. Fun tip: My cousin and I like to eat here then go to century theaters for Tuesday's half off movies!

I just tried this place for the first time a month ago and I absolutely love this place!! My favorite is the pho and their walnut shrimp.. I definitely will be a regular now.

First time there, lived in the area all my life, and it was delicious! The bbq rice was tasty with tender little bites of pork. The chowmein was flavorful and the noodles were perfect. Egg rolls were crispy on the outside and the middle was a combination of noodles and chicken. The staff there were very nice and accommodating!

Ive been eating at noodle house since 2000! This is my go to sit down restaurant for 23 years! I have never been disappointed! Its a family run business and they know me by my name, my wife, children, in-laws, and extended family are always welcomed with smiles and jokes! We love the atmosphere every time and love the food even more! Everything on the menu is delicious!

You're paying more than the printed menu prices...ordered a lunch special plate priced at $8.95 but when I went to pay he charged me $9.95! Service is very indifferent...they are very welcoming to their regulars though. Plate lunch was fair in portion for the printed price, but not so much for the lower protein to vege ratio for what was charged! Taste and presentation ok. Diner beware of hidden charge

Noodle house is definitely top 5 places to eat in Salinas. Food is always quick, hot, and taste the same every time. They 100% nailed consistency. Been going for over 10 years. Elvis is very friendly and inviting. 10/10 recommend

This is the best place for Pho noodles. They have authentic Vietnamese Pho. Staffs are pleasant and always make it a point to make it personal with their customers.
Good service, excellent food, wasn't able to take pictures because food is so good. The size of the place is perfect, perfect for cold weather.

When my family and I were moving we were craving Chinese food and so it just happened that we discovered Noodle House because it was across the street from our hotel and I thought we should give them a try. To my surprise Noodle House's food was alright but nothing really special and I thought it was gonna taste great. I remember eating at Noodle House when I was a little girl and it was our go-to Chinese restaurant because they delivered to your house but now it wasn't the same as I remembered it. The only good thing was the barbecued pork was excellent and tasted great but I think Noodle House could improve it's food a lot more because they really are great but a bit of improvement could help make Noodle House number one in Salinas
