I had ordered through the app and had issues for delivery. I called the store and they were very kind and helpful! I ended up having to come in to get the food but again the staff were so understanding and accommodating even though it was the apps fault and not theirs! Thank you so much!

It is true! Their customer service and food quality has really declined over past few months. Ingredients were missing, they didn't pre-inform me that they don't carry certain ingredients as mentioned on the board, and the guy making sandwiches was unnecessarily rude to me. Learned the hard way, always check your food, before leaving! Don't think I will go back to them, again!

I won’t be back. Got attitude from the manager when I complained that after asking twice for jalapeño peppers on my sandwich, I got all the way home and discovered I didn’t receive any. When I complained, he acted like it was my fault. Too many other restaurants in town to put up with that.

I really love Ike's sandwiches. The different locations and the different sandwich names are awesome. While visiting the Salinas area I had to stop y and get food. I was really hungry. So I got two sandos The store was very clean and the pictures and designs are alway something to look at Great ambience Service was unfortunately I'm not always looking for a conversation at any register but please show a little energy when you are working with the public.

I've been to a few Ike's locations and have to say this one is the best one I've been to. Very clean inside and the staff was super friendly, organized and fast! The whole vibe inside and especially the staff was positively upbeat. Like I said before, I've been to a few Ike's, but I've never been so impressed by one to leave a review like I did for this one!

I have been eating at Ikes for 10 years. I came to the location order a sandwich. It was dry as bones I went in and asked for a little extra sauce. They want to charge me for it they didn't give me napkins they didn't give me the lollipop that comes with the sandwich. The guy is totally rude. I would never come back to this ever hands-down the worst I've ever been at.

We have always enjoyed the Salinas location since the opening. However, the last month we have noticed the customer service and quality of food has gone down hill. Today my husband went in and purchased two sandwiches. When we got home we noticed the sandwiches were made incorrectly. My husband took them back to the store after paying $35 for two sandwiches (we thought they should be made correctly). When he went in he was practically told he was wrong by staff members. They only made one sandwich and was told the other was made "correctly". He returned home with one cold sandwich and avocado peels in the other. Due to the poor customer service we will no longer be returning.

Omg best sandwich place ever! The workers are always so had at working and sometimes they need to get orders through quickly so get everyone but that was okay!!! However, a few times i have been their some other people ordering food are just so rude! A lady literally yelled at an employee for not greeting them at the door and threatened to tell their manager during i guess the lunch rush ?! I’ve been here a couple months and everything about it is so good. I would recommend updating the music it doesn’t fit the vibe and the employees agree. What is cool about the place is that the food is made really fast. I’m in and out 8 mins tops no fuss.
