Depending on who's working the service varies. The older Hispanic gentleman is awesome. The older Hispanic female and younger staff are rude especially when they make a mistake on your order. I asked for extra sauce and was told you have to pay for it which was fine by me. When I told her I'd pay for the extra sauce the girl rolled her eyes at me and said "here I am giving you 2 more" and closed the window. I was trying to buy 6 sauce packets for the 3 orders of egg rolls for my squad. Bad experience. Food is ok as expected for a fast food chain.
I am having a love-hate relationship with Jack in the box right now. I love their deep fried tacos, but lately it seems that they have stopped putting the slice of cheese in the taco. and if it doesn't have the slice of cheese, it's just not worth eating. It only happens occasionally it's not something I can fully complain about until it's happening consistently. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. hopefully they come through for me.

worst drive-thru I have ever been in, in my life. Tried to do two separate transactions and they tried sending me around when it was just two sandwiches. i will never waste money here again the night crew is so rude like if you hate your job jus quit like straight the fuck uppp

The south main location never disappoints,no matter what time.
As far as fast food goes I love Jack-in-the-Box in general because they have a pretty extensive menu from breakfast lunch and even dinner 24 hours a day.Some locations are better than others but what really made this location stand out was the supervisor Martha.I came in there last night on the 10th of Aug 2023 with a couple buddies.The dining area was almost going to be closed and we felt kind of bad ordering for in-house although we needed a break especially because I have a bad back I needed to rest for a little bit and Martha made us feel right at home!Not only did she have some great stories to tell us but she even brought our food to the table.It's honestly people like her that will make me come back to this location more often!She is definitely a keeper!!!
4 stars in an overall context. Just about my favorite fast food. It's really like good diner food served fast food style. Never too busy. Because of the large menu - served all day - it takes literally 1 or 2 minutes longer, but totally worth it.Parking: Always plenty of parking available.

I've been few times this month and there's a cashier on drive thru she's always on the phone like she doesn't care if there's customers i think that's not right using her phone when there's a customer. And managers see he but don't say anything I don't know if they are scare of her cause she has a attitude.. but I think it's nasty believe me she takes her phone to the restroom it has Alot of bacteria.

Amazing food better than McDonald's or Burger King combined I think it's better than In N Out and there really good tacos are better than taco Bell and their burgers are just a masterpiece also Jack is the funniest person alive wonder if he still tackles people if they call his food Junk in the box ?
