975 N Main St, Salinas, in Sherwood Gardens, is now my favorite Jack in the Box. Jack in the Box became my favorite fast food hamburger when they started using the more substantial split-top hamburger bun.By using the Jack in the Box app, every day in December until Christmas they give the "24 days of Jackmas" offers, with a minimum $1 purchase. Each day they've given different free offers: Bonus Jack, Large Curly Fries, Large Fountain Drink, Oreo Milkshake, Onion Rings, Jumbo Egg Roll.By using their mobile app I can buy 2 tacos for $0.99. Adding the extra cheese for $0.20 makes an order over a dollar qualifying for the free Jackmas offers. I also get the extra lettuce for free.This newer Jack in the Box's dining room is nice and clean and the parking lot is larger and well lit.This morning, my Jackmas offer gave me a free breakfast Jack with my two tacos.The manager, Veronica, greeted me today by name!Parking: The parking lot is well lit.

Food service needs to improve. Staff members need to be retrained. I'm surprised after so many years of people leaving bad reviews Jack in the Box is still the same.

Tried to order a BOGO Jumbo Jack with my survey receipt. They would not honor my request, saying I needed to use it within 30 days of the original purchase. It was 2 days beyond 30 days and when I ask it doesn't say that on the receipt or during the survey, their manager told them it has to be redeemed within 30 days. All of the other Jack have honor them beyond 30 days. Never going back to this Jack.
When I arrived, there was only one lady working. She was attending everything. The floors were filthy , the dining area was a mess. The bathroom was disgusting. There was so much graffiti everywhere. The lady was cooking and working the cashier. I didn't see her wash her hands while she changed from cashier to cook. My order was missing items. The food had a bad taste. Fortunately I didn't get sick. Another employee showed up before I left, but he didn't bother to sweep or clean the restaurant. He didn't greet the customers in line either. A pretty rude guy. I love Jack in the box but this one in particular is a dump. I'm not impressed at all with this restaurant. Maybe everyone called off that day. Nevertheless, the bathroom looked unattended for weeks because of all the graffiti, lack of soap, toilet paper. I wanted to order more food but was disgusted. I only bought tacos and a few other things I paid for were missing. I wish this place the best and more responsible employees. I won't return here. Good luck, get your employees trained on customer service and clean the bathroom walls and floor.

I ve. been coming here for a years now because its close to where i live Dependant upon who's working when you go will determine the type of service you'll get . I will say this , they have definitely improved over the years. If dining in most cases you will have the dining room to yourselves.
Sadly I can't leave a ZERO stars. Took about 8 min to have someone take my order over the drive-thru. There was about 2 cars in front of us waiting for food . We waited for about 20 min to get to the window . Pulled up to the drive thru the KID said it was $26 dollars , I payed Apple Pay . And that was the last thing he said to me , after paying waited about 10 min for my food . While the KIDS inside were chatting . Once I got my food it was not cooked properly , the coffee was old and terrible . PLEASE IF YOU ARE GOING TO HIRE KIDS TO WORK , TRAIN THEM!!! WORST FOOD. WORST SERVICE. ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED.
