I've always loved Jack in the Box. Their burgers are really good. Every time I go to this brach, they always serve me newly cooked French fries, and their draft coke is one of my favorites.

Usually go thru drive though. Sometimes waiting lags, but a lot better than it was a year ago. Last year really bad. I stopped going. Went last week and this week time was quick last week for break platter. Good but eggs are over cooked last week and this week too. I guess better than undercooked. Not a deal breaker, still good. Service is friendly. Last year very rude. My faves are breakfast platters, crisp tacos, spring rolls. Jalapeño poppers and the rib eye when available.

This is honestly the worst expirence I've ever had at ANY jack in the box the long is honestly takes to long I could have gone home and came back before my food was even close to done. I really hope the manger hires new employees cause the one currently need to get fired.

The guy was rushing to take break, didnt really wanna make anything, actually he didn't really seem to even want to take our order, and I get it but I feel like that's why they have a designated time to start a break, rushing through until then isnt gonna make it longer,

I don't know if the employees really trying their best cause it's literally taking them hours for them to keep the drive thru line going. I had to wait for half an hour before I could get my food after waiting in line. Can't back up and leave cause there's even more cars behind me. Seriously, yall need to speed up the drive thru. I worked at a drive thru myself it's not that hard to serve many cars at once. This is the slowest fast food I've been at. Ironic.

They forgot to add sweet and sour sauce order on doordash. 2:00 am it says on the receipt just shows the lack of care. Was hoping to enjoy an egg roll and I call the store and the phone doesn't even work. Order a a cheesecake didn't even include a fork. Poor management disappointing service thanks for ruin my night not even with ordering food things go right . God bless you.

We tried the snoop meal on the 4th of July. There was a 20% discount available to celebrate the 4th of July, but after ordering in the drive through they couldn’t apply the discount, they said it was online only ?
